375ml bottle, poured into a 12oz white wine glass. Enjoyed on 6.25.19, reviewed from Tasting Journal.

The beer pours a bright golden color, hazy and cloudy with a thick foamy white head with good retention and lacing. The aroma is nice, earthy and floral hops, grassy and green with a light funk, pale dough, modest spice and mineral water. The flavors are good, pale dough, crusty cereal grains, floral hops with a strong earthy and green hop character, ample Brett, some bugginess with a light hop spice and mineral water. The mouthfeel is good, coating and very lively with a nice medium body and a crisp dry finish.

Verdict: A very nice funky pale ale/table saison/brett beer. Call it what you want, it's bright, delicate and crisp and has a great funkiness.

Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light funky Brett notes with some light dry floral hops undertones is enjoyable. Taste is also a mix of light Brett notes with some light floral hops undertones with a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Easy drinking lightly funked pale ale.

375 mL bottle. Pours a hazy pale yellow with an oversized white head. Smells of lemon, herbal, and citrus hops. Tastes of hefty citrus and a little tropical fruit hops, light grain, and earthy yeast notes in the back end. Light body with surprisingly soft carbonation. Simple and really nice.

Wow, I love the funk. It would be too much for someone unfamiliar with brett beers, but it strikes the perfect balance for me. It’s certainly more wild ale than pale ale. It has a nice head that remains after an easy pour. The smell is inviting if you like the funk. A truly wonderful beer and I wish I had more.

Bottle to tulip? Yes, because I thought this was an American wild ale, is it? From my observations, it's a bit of a cross between an APA and a wild ale.
Here's why:
The appearance was a semi-bright, ruddy yellow color topped by a rocky foamy white head settling fairly quick and left some messy sticky lace.
The aroma had a wonderful blend of sweet hay/grassiness to citrusy/grapefruit pulp and zest mixing it up with some barnyard bretty funk and a certain sweetness from some peppercorn.
The flavor moderately copied the flavor through a certain sweet to zesty to crisp bitter mentality. Super quick aftertaste of zesty citrus rind and hay/grassy/funky character.
The mouthfeel was almost medium bodied with a superb sessionability about it (I could slam this all day if I wanted to). Sturdy carbonation felt good. Crisp bretty and semi-bitter to tart finish.
Overall, in my opinion, this is a well brewed beer that has a bit of an identity crisis. It may not fully be an APA or an AWA but I sure would love to have it again.

An excitable foam builds a tall lumpy egg meringue over a foggy pale gold body. The head settles unevenly leaving some thin chunks of lace on the glass.

Bretty and spicy, the medium body has a filling froth and exhibits notes of grass, hay and barnyard as lightly tingly, tart citrus rind comes out in the semi-dry and somehow kind of numbing finish.

375 ml. bottle.
Brewed December 14, 2018.
Moderate pour yields a huge head, after settling, topped it off to bring it to a two inch white head over a hazy, light yellow body with gobs of sticky lacing. Nose of funk, raspberries, red currants, and slight tropical fruit. Taste mirrors nose. Period. Finishes with all that fruit and a bit of citrus. Also, that funk on the nose never goes away. Wonderfully refreshing and delicious! Nice feel, and overall, this would be on my short list for a desert island beer. Cheers to Vasilios!
