Our flagship bright golden ale that is balanced with Munich malt and Goldings hops, also a touch of Hallertau hops for aroma.

I grew up near Willimantic so I'm considerably biased but it's definitely a go to favorite when I go out with my friends and/or family!

On-tap 8/4/13 at the brewpub in Willimantic, CT, served in a US tumbler pint glass.
A: The beer is a deep gold color, with a thin white head that fades quickly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma is faint but contains caramelized malts, some citrus and some hops.
T: The taste starts out very bready with a hearty malt character for the style. Then some mild caramel and citrus sweetness comes in. The hops presence is mild but complementary and brings some balance. The after-taste is slightly bready.
M: Crisp and smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is clean.
O: Tasty, goes down very easily, not too filling, mild kick, good representation of style, this is a solid beer to session with for a long time.

A - poured with a small head of white foam on top of a clear, golden body. The head dissipates quickly and leaves average lace.
S - light, sweet malt and a hint of herbal hops.
T - sweet, grainy malt and some herbal hops with little else going on.
M - medium body moderate carbonation, and a slightly sweet finish.
D - not real complex, but well made and beyer than average for the style.
