The 7th Anniversary beer from Eppig Brewing down south is a West Coast IPA brewed with 100% Strata hops. Pour a clear dark orangey amber with long-lasting foam in the Rodenbach goblet. Aroma is very peach with maybe a hint of citrus. Thickish mouthfeel, lots of malt, and plentiful carbonation. Quite fruity, like canned peaches, and on the sweet side. The bitterness is slow to start, though it does come through as an IPA. It's 7.7 percent so also quite a mouthful. From the 16 oz can purchased at Barons Market. Dated 11/07/23.
