I love this beer. "Shared"!! Super lemony and tart! Wine characteristics with those sour characteristics as well! Medium feel with nice and dry in the back!

Shimmering gold-orange with a thick white foam.
Smell is out of bounds: skunky with toffee drizzled popcorn and flame-flicked orange zest.
Sharply sour grapefruit and orange are joined by a hint of white wood with white peach via a crisp, thin fizz that burns the lips a little before the sticky, semi-dry swallow.

A - Pale orange body, superbly clear and with minimal white head, no real lacing.
S - Strong sour cut, grapes and spicy earth. Subtle funk behind, suggesting wet-rind cheese.
T - Sour, with a core that reminds me of a German white wine, full of grape flesh, bright tart acidity, but never punishing. Delicious.
M - Somewhat brisk carbonation, not really puckering, but tart enough to feel the acidity on the sides of my mouth.
O - This is a first class job, with a simple structure that still offers rich nuances. Superb.

8 oz. pour at brewery. Beer color comes in at a darker yellow with small white head. Well carbed. Smell is a bit different than what I am used to in a regular Side Project beer, but that is because the aging does not take place in barrels. A slightly sweeter take than SdF as well, for what I am assuming the same reasons mentioned previously. I really enjoyed the beer.
