Imperial stout brewed with coconut, then aged for 14 months in Weller 12 and Rittenhouse Rye barrels before being infused again with toasted and raw coconut.
Barrel-Aged Coconut Vibes 2023 is a barrel-aged imperial stout aged in Willett 8-year bourbon, Still630 rye and bourbon and 7-year MGP rye barrels which held our stout for 16 to 21 months before blending. After blending, we infused the barrel-aged stout with our heavy dose of coconut and a dash of cocoa nibs for its final expression to be shared with you.

I kinda wish there was more toasted coconut and less young coconut in this bad boy.

Look - outstanding black thick with a really nice than frothy sticky head
Smell - so much coconut and chocolate
Taste - sweet coconut and chocolate along with a ton of barrel
Feel - thick and creamy
Overall - if you like coconut, this is the best there is

Thick, gooey, delicious. Just tastes magnificent. Great smell. Amazing body. Coats the mouth perfectly. One of the best I've ever had. Nice and dark, not boozy, super sweet.
