Pours a very cloudy golden color with a thin foamy head. Head retention is very mild. Lacing is decent. Huge, juicy pineapple, grapefruit and piney resin aroma. Taste is a little dryer and less juicy. Mainly grapefruit with very mild piney resin. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

16 oz can (stamped “05/13/20”) poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass. Pours completely hazy orange gold with a lush head of white foam; streaky lace. Aromas of orange citrus, melon and tropical fruit. Taste follows with more juicy citrus (orange, grapefruit), pineapple and melon. Just enough sweetness and soft herbal bitterness round out the taste. Medium body and moderate carbonation. A nicely balanced and juicy hazy IPA.

Pours a vey cloudy yellow color with a fluffy 3 finger head that lasts-leaves really nice cobwebs of lacing.
Smells of unripe pineapple, orange and white grapefruit.
Taste follows the nose. Very little sweetness with a pithy finish. It could use a touch of sweetness to balance this out.
Smooth and well carbonated. Medium bodied.
This one could have been great but it seems incomplete. Looks and smells fantastic. I just wish they would have added just a touch of sweetness. Nice beer though.

Pours an opaque deep gold; small tight white head disappears quickly; poor cap retention; thin plus ring; a few small spots of lacing. Nose is pineapple and grapefruit with some dank earthy hops; onion creeps in and grows stronger as beverage warms. Bitter grapefruit rind, lemon and pineapple; semi sweet malt base; no onion or garlic in the taste. Medium plus carbonation, light thin body; light astringency; rather crisp with a dry finish; no warmth from 6.5%. Overall, I enjoyed this IPA notwithstanding the Mosaic and Simcoe, among my two least favorite hops; good balance between malt base and bitterness; light crisp dry body with only a little hop burn. Outstanding!
