An aromatic and flavorful IPA . Headway gets its pronounced aroma and juicy flavor from four different varieties of American hops. A backbone of blended malt lends rounded support to let its expressive hop character shine through. This inaugural beer should be consumed fresh in the company of friends.

this is fire, one of the best hazy beers i had while out east on my recent trip, modern and drinkable, a truly repeatable pint for a hazy ipa type, fluffy rather than starchy from the grains, bold but not bitter or green on the hops, and interesting enough with the fruity nuances to keep me drinking swiftly, a great recipe and professional execution, the kind of ipa i think a lot of breweries in the west aspire to, or should aspire to, this really hit for me after a long day of travel and has all the intangibles. light orange tone to this, soft looking with a creamy inch of lasting and puffy white head on top, ring lace as it drinks, and plenty of bubbles keeping it lighter. the nose is peachy and juicy, bigtime summer stone fruit with clementine behind it, a faint tropical almost pineapple aspect, and a resinous intensity without it being forced, crazy fresh in this instance and without a ton of grain interference, new school yeast zizzle, or apparent bitter bite. the flavor is well layered, lemongrass, dried apricot, juicy orange, and light breadiness from the malt, some wheat likely, drier, bright all the way and even crisp at the end for the style, not weighted down by hop oils or too much body, drinks really briskly. love the unique fruitiness from the hops, but also its apparent simplicity, its unpretentious and just really well done, pillowy feeling and excited, and nice with greasy pub food. ill look forward to my next pint of this one, a great first beer for me from counter weight, worthy of its high scores!

Draft at Yarde Tavern. Hazy yellow pour, thin silky white head. Aroma is sharp, biting citrus zest. Lemon, grapefruit. Taste mellows the zest a bit, more juicy, lactose possibly, sweetness. Still bitter enough to remain on the palate.

Very unique New England IPA. Temperature served greatly affects taste so make sure it’s cold. $9.19/4pack is as good as it gets

Very good enjoyable beer. Had a thicker hazy look with a smooth taste. Kind of more closely resembled an DIPA but without the higher alcohol content. Overall a pretty solid IPA.

Got this one while waiting on my 90 minute flight delay at BDL. Served on draft. Really good beer. Fruity and citrusy with a firm body. Good clean finish with well rounded flavor. Solid beer.
