Notes:
From the first encounter of the aroma wo the finish, the coffee is evident, but not so much that it is overpowering. as the beer warms, you will discover chocolate, cinnamon, and even a touch of vanilla in both the flavor and nose. It has a full, silky body with medium carbonation.

Had this beer at the brewery while waiting for brunch. Had the nitro version poured from tap into a tumbler. Beautiful creamy beige head atop a dark brown body, great lacing. Smell and taste of dark mocha. Vanilla oats. Smooth feel but a bit thin. Tasting good this morning.

One of the best coffee stouts I've had! Nice smell of coffee and cinnamon. Fantastic taste of coffee and cinnamon, with a roasty finish. As a guy who likes to sprinkle cinnamon in my morning coffee, this beer was made for me! Great job!

Pour is jet black with a fluffy cinnamon head. Good retention.
Nose is heavy coffee, chocolate, roasted malt.
Taste is a huge wave of coffee upfront, followed by a hint of creamy vanilla, dark chocolate, roasted malt. Pleasant hint of roasty bitterness.
creamy body.
great beer

Literally looks as if you poured a glass of dark roast coffee, almost black in color with a thin espresso colored head that leaves the glass quickly. Props to this brewery on the bitchin can design as well. The coffee aroma is all there, vanilla, roasted malts, subtle amount of cinnamon. Taste very much follows the nose, very roasted, the coffee flavor is just right, doesn't take away from the rest of the beer. Full-bodied, moderate carbonation, somewhat coarse, surprisingly smooth finish, warming.

Pours a pitch black color with a thick foamy brown head. Head retention is good. Lacing is very good. Has a nice roasty java aroma with hints of chocolate. Nice creaminess to the taste. Has a mild chocolate taste up front that is quickly followed by a more bitter java taste with cinnamon. It is a very good and enjoyable beer.

12oz canned on 11-11-18
Dark brown to black stout with a 1" tan head on top, the head fades to a cap in a minute or less. Spotty lace.
Raw, ground coffee beans...spice is apparent. Coffee with cream.
Coffee first, roasted malt second...very harmonious, good balance. Some spice and creamy vanilla - not sure if those are actually in the beer or somehow just popping up as side effects of the ingredients. Smooth.
Medium body, velvety mouthfeel. Low to medium carbonation. Roasty medium length finish with low bitterness.
Happy to find cans from Manhattan Project popping up here and there. Still seem to be in limited supply. Enjoying this brewery so far.
