Poured from a 32oz howler.
Appearance - Pours a hazy blush peach with two fingers of bubbly white head.
Smell - Tart cranberries, coriander, orange peel, biscuity malts, spicy yeast, black pepper, spicy hops.
Taste - Those tart cranberries are in your face! Supported by the biscuity malts, spicy yeast, hops, and traditional coriander/orange peel elements. Cranberry flavour tastes very natural (nothing artificial here).
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate-to-high carbonation. Crisp dry finish with lingering tartness on the palate.
Overall - A well-executed, satisfying wit that showcases the flavours of cranberry. All other elements in a traditional wit are still present and not forgotten.
