From notes - enjoyed this earlier in the week with my sister-in-law at Christmas.
A-Pours a clear reddish brown with one finger pinkish head that leaves modest lacing on the glass.
S-Raspberries, ripe, sweet raspberries.
T-Nice balance of tart and sweet raspberry with some very mild bitterness. Very fruity and festive.
M-Very smooth and well carbonated.
D-I like the lambic style, especially raspberry. This is very good. I like that this is 5% ABV compared to some of the lighter ones.

Very raspberry – you can smell it a few feet away from the bottle. Brilliant red with a brown tint. Very raspberry, sweet, a dessert beer, a little balancing tart on the finish, long lingering raspberries that grow tarter over time. Would work as a float.

Pours a dark, cloudy, and purple/raisin color. 1/4 inch head of an off-pink color. Slight retention and slight lacing. Smells of raspberry, sugar, and a hint of floral notes. Fits the style of a Lambic - Fruit. Mouth feel is sharp and tart with a crispness. Carbonation level is also average. Tastes of raspberry and sugar. Overall, no complexity, too sweet, but drinkable.
