330 ml bottle poured into a tulip

A: Pours a dark amber red/orange color with a white head, lots of lacing no head retention, very little carbonation.

A: Belgian yeast, dark fruits like plums, figs, dates along with some clove and honey and a slight ripe banana note in the finish, no alcohol coming through on the nose, smells nice.

T: Lots of clove and spice upfront, dark fruits like the nose, Belgian yeast along with slight honey note, alcohol is well hidden on the taste, aftertaste of Belgian yeast, honey, and spice, very nice.

M: Full bodied, thick, syrupy finish, good amount of carbonation gives it a nice pop in the mouthfeel.

O: A solid beer, really enjoyed this one, it has more honey than other Quadrupels I've tasted, not as spice, pepper, and clove forward as well, but really good, alcohol is well hidden, has lots of depth and complexity.

Pours golden with abundant head and lacing. Smell is wheat, cloves, and herbs. Some clove, but no banana- sweetness comes through as wheat, honey, and other herbs and spices. Thick, syrupy feel, despite light appearance. Good stuff.

Gift that my zodiac sign is also dragon; bright amber with a haze through it, the famous Belse yeast smell; Peppery sweet and a little fruit, taste clear sweet wheat and amber muesl and a theatrical sauce of co2 yeast, just say a mouthful of foam

Not an experienced as most users with reviews so I'll keep it simple. I aged the beer for about a year. Upon opening, the carbonation rushed from the bottle. Beautiful head after pouring. The smell reminds brings my mind to honey and raisins. With such a high alcohol content, it is surprisingly easy to drink and by far the best Belgian quad I've ever tasted.

Dense copper orange color with foamy beige head that slowly settles. Smells of date fruits. Tastes of dates, sweet with a little spice notes. Mouthfeel is a little syrupy, and although it is still bubbling that is mostly absent in the mouthfeel. Overall, the first clear golden quad I've tried and it is substantially different from the typical dark quads - flavor and smell seems less complex and the mouthfeel was not as good.
