Expansive brewpub with no wait service and only ordering from bar. Good selection of lagers, ales, and BA. Flights of 4 - 4 oz beers for USD10. Several guest beers too. Food centered on red/white pizzas. Good vibe and pizza was very tasty.

Nice open space in the downtown area. They always have a good selection of IPAs and their beer is above average to good depending on the beer. Food ranking is contingent upon your feeling in pizza. I love pizza and so it’s a good place for me. Open seating and ordering at the bar give it a beer hall feel. A good spot before a sports or entertainment event.

An awesome place overall. Beer was stellar. IPA's were great, and the BA Underverse was awesome as well. Service was great. I didn't eat, but my friends were raving about the pizza and salad they hammered through quite quickly.
If I happen to visit the Cleveland area again, this will be first on my list.

I love the place. Best beer in Cleveland. Service is usually ok and food is ok but not exceptional. But you come for the beer.

Odd downtown location, not much else going on in the hood on a Tuesday. Taproom was pretty cool, nice big bar lots of seating. Not a fan of the cue setup where you stand in line at the bar... but the ipas were solid and the pizza good too. And such a good value, would have spent twice as much or more for beer and pizza on either coast. Solid place.

Went on a busy weekend. Lots of space and seating, got a nice seat at the bar. Ordered a few flights to try different beers and a few pizzas. Overall the beer was excellent and the pizza was decent for wood fired. The staff were nice and knew the beer selection and were able to discuss the attributes and variety on tap. I would recommend checking them out for their beer selection alone, but also a fun place to hang out.

Food is not the main focus here and that’s ok , the beer more than makes up for it , if there was any room for improvement I would say the food but that’s not a huge need

Cool place . . . Absolutely packed on opening day for the Indians 2018 !!!
Picked up some food and a beer as well as a 4 pk to go. I really liked the place but felt that they were still trying to work out the kinks as far as service was concerned. Service wasn't bad at all . . . As a matter of fact they were doing they're best to make sure everyone was getting a great experience. They just seemed like they needed to fine tune some things in order to make it more efficient. Bottom line is the beer is good, food is good and I had a great time.

I can't help but wonder how these massive shrines to beer are popping up left and right in Cleveland, but this is one that's truly worthwhile to visit.
A very large space inside is utilized efficiently and is welcoming to all comers. Walk up to the bar and have a seat, or place an order at the clearly defined ordering area that is roped off to prevent irritating other patrons at the bar. The bar itself is large, sturdy, and wraps almost entirely around the large draft stations like a big C. To the right and left of the entrance are tons of large, communal tables, and back to the left of the bar are smaller, more intimate tables, right next to stacks of fenced-off bourbon barrels and production equipment.
At the far left is a huge open kitchen featuring a beautiful Italian style oven for their Neapolitan pizzas, which are delicious. I had the goat cheese stuffed dates as well, which consisted of premium, delicious ingredients. Service here was a bit overwhelmed during my first visit, but when the temperature goes from 0 to 50 in the span of a day, I guess it's understandable to be blind-sided by a huge increase in customers. You do pick up your own food, but with a personal buzzer handed to you and the wide open spaces inside, it's not a hassle at all.
The beer here ups the ante quite a bit--they're easily producing the best beers out of the new class of breweries in Cleveland. Masthead is hitting on all cylinders, doing great things with every style. I'll say it right off the bat, their barrel aged coffee stout was quite possibly the best of its sub-style I've had in Ohio, and the competition is tough. They had a New England style IPA that tasted like a spot on glass of Trill juice, and their Christmas Ale was a hop lover's delight--bitter af with a spruce tip accent and no spice cabinet charade to speak of. All of their more classic style beers were very well made with excellent bodies and clean finishes. Everything I had was very drinkable and enjoyable.

Really nice spot, just around the corner from the Q and Progressive field. Plenty of different styles of beer and really good pizza. Bartenders are great. A top Cleveland spot.
