Atmosphere - large area with plenty of seating in a wide open dining and bar area. Brew tanks are visible with seating near the brewing area as well. There is a game room upstairs and a nice patio with plenty of seating and a lawn for games. Plenty of TV's with a variety of sports!
Quality - seasonal options are typically very good, with the 7 regulars being decent. They do offer beer to go 6 packs of their regulars and very affordable growler fills!
Service - always helpful, friendly and timely no matter what time of year, no matter how busy or slow!
Selection - usually about 10 available, but occasionally run out of a particular brew and don't replace very quickly.
Food - decent, but definitely the down side of this place.

Visited with Da Boss for lunch after a hike on 6-13-20.

Vibe was spacious rustic sports bar on the inside with a spacious outdoor deck that was nice.

Quality of the beers was pretty meh, serviceable in a ski town where quantity trumps quality.

Server was spot on with knowledge about the beer and timely service.

I believe the only beers they had were the house brewed ones, about 12 or so.

Food was so-so, Da Boss' hamburger was over done, and my pizza was okay.

Overall, i do not plan a repeat visit.

this is very much a sports bar that makes beer. despite bistro in the name, the food isnt even quite upscale pub fare, but if its a solid burger and fries you are looking for, look no further, these guy do a nice job with the basics. inside is huge, looks like a sports rally or something, with a ton of televisions, jerseys, and memorabilia, not the quaint mountain tap room like the other breweries in town. the vibe is cool though, everyone is upbeat, and despite it not really having a "serious" feel to it, the beer was much better than expected, with a handful of classic styles done well, including the hoppy stuff. the brewery itself is sort of set down like a half level lower than the restaurant, so a seat over in that section would provide a cool overhead view of the operation for anyone interested if it were brewing. service was about average friendly enough but a little fried. they have a cool front patio that appeared to be dog and kid friendly which is nice, some lawn games, even space for music, although i dont know if they get into that or not. a great place to come in for a quick meal after a hike or a ride, the place was full of outdoorsy folks. i liked hideaway park a little better in terms of atmosphere and beers, but this place is worth a visit for sure.
