After arriving for a 3 day visit to Santa Fe I picked up a copy of the local paper, and there was an article about this new brewery that featured smoked beers. The brewery is right on Guadalope St, very easy to find. It is connected to a pizzeria De Lino. The actual taproom is fairly small, perhaps 6 seats. There were a few other people there when I arrived. I wanted to get some beer to go. At this time all they have are growlers, so I purchased one and had it filled with the Dunkelweisen. Didn't get to try it until 2 days later, but it was quite tasty. I will definitely visit this brewery again on my next trip to Santa Fe, and make time to sit at the bar and sample more of their 'smoked' beers.

This brewery is coupled to a very quaint Italian with great food. They have a great variety of beers including interesting chili beers and smoked beers. Su, my favorite beer here was an Flanders brown, really an excellent beer that I would go back for.
The service was excellent and the food was excellent. Tucked away a bit in Santa Fe with limited parking but worth the trip.

This is a nano brewery kind of co-located with a pizza place. Per the bartender, all the beers made have some smoked malt in them. There are 55# bags of various Weyermann Bamberg malts stored on palates in the serving area. You can view the brewing area from a window in the seating area. The place is rather small and sparse looking with seating for about 20 people. There also appears to be an outdoor seating area (co-shared with the pizza place?). The beer list has about 15 or so beers and are available on tap, to-go in 32- or 64-oz growlers, and, when they can find the bottle cap crimper, individual bottles of beer are available. Chili Line has it's own food menu or you can order pizza from next door. The waitress was very personable and helpful.
