De Tercertiempocervezas. En copa Teku. Con almendras. Jugando a Spiderman. Alcohol totalmente oculto, en sabor y en efecto en la cabeza,y mucha fruta fresca rollo mango. Buenísima como todo lo que hace fraugruber.

Pours a hazy, dark orange coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and tropical/citrus hops, with a quite vibrant and juicy passion fruit note standing out and lighter notes of grapefruit and just a hint of herbal dankness. Taste follows the nose, with a great balance of light biscuity malt and citrus/tropical hops, being dominated by a lovely, quite vibrant and juicy passion fruit note and lighter notes of mango, grapefruit and lime peel, as well as some herbal dankness, pine and just a hint of a certain earthy/musty/woody note. Finishes with a medium bitterness, light hop burn and some passion fruit and pine lingering in the aftertaste. Soft mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
An excellent NEIPA that is quite dominated by the Galaxy and Mosaic hops with some incredibly juicy tropical notes and lighter citrus, pine and herbal accents, making it a little difficult to make out the HBC692 hops here, which may just add those certain musty/woody accents and perhaps add to the distinct pineyness. Another excellent brew from FrauGruber that is a joy to drink at two weeks old. While there is a certain, sharp hop bite in the finish, I personally don't mind that at all.
