Pint can:

Pours hazy pineapple yellow with a white head that fizzes down to minimal coverage. Minimal lacing.

The smell is of citric and tropical fruits - Pineapple fairly subtle.

The taste is of citrus and tropical fruitiness with a bit of lactose. Pineapple present but not overwhelming. Fresh bread in the back. Pineapple present but not overwhelming. Sweet kiss in the balanced finish.

It is very creamy. Smooth despite touch of noticeable alcohol.

An interesting, enjoyable DIPA - Like an imperialized New England IPA. A cool brew!

Super smooth DIPA from Lead Dog...who has been droppin nothing but juicebombs lately. At 8% this is a damn good brew..the pineapple punches you right in the face and the lactose helps smooth out and already smooth milkshake. Pure juicebomb with little to no bitterness noted. Try it, its juicy, potent and deliciously crushable! Enjoy ICE cold

Poured hazy but not murky gold, tiny head, low retention, decent spotty lacing.

Aroma is of bright pineapple juice and a little citrus zing, med/low in strength.

Fruity, juicy pineapple and citrus taste, good strength.

Feel is very smooth, nice oat creaminess, good amount of sweetness, good carbonation, and very low bitterness.

Overall, this drinks like a very nice lactose-infused NEIPA, not really like a lot of the muddled milkshake IPAs I've tried. Quite enjoyable, nothing overbearing, everything is pretty much blended just right.

Never heard of this pup until recently. Was a bit skeptical on this milkshake DIPA but my problem. Pours clean with whiffs of pineapple juice, dank hops, and maybe a nectarine or two. Taste is like the nose. Pineapple, pine, and citrus and a nice long salivating slight bittering aftertaste. 8% abc? Could’ve fooled me. Overall this was a fantastic surprise and enjoyable session. Looking forward to trying more from these pooches and definitely hitting up their doghouse next time I’m in Reno. You should too! Check em out.

Pours a hazy dark gold honey color with white head dissipating into moderate lacing. Nose is tropical fruit , whiff of vanilla and wet hay. Taste follows with the tiniest hop bite after more tropical fruit. Almost dry on the finish. Well done.

No canned date

Appearance - Pours hazy and yellow-orange with a white, near finger width head. Displays fair retention before peeling back to a thin, broken layer of suds on the surface. A few small spots make up the lacing.

Smell - Sweet vanilla and a fruity pineapple aroma dominate the aroma profile. Faint papaya.

Taste - Follows the nose. A nice blend of the vanilla that mellows out the pineapple bite, delivering a more sweet and juicy experience. Hints of papaya. Finishes with a hint of pith bitterness alongside the pineapple and vanilla flavors.

Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with fair, tingly carbonation. Slick, velvety and almost creamy texture leads to an easy drinking experience with a slightly dry finish.

Overall - Really tasty pineapple milkshake IPA. Not the most complex brew, but great balance with what's there.
