Straw and hazy with little carbonation, and 2 fingers of yellow head.
Smells of green leaf, dank onions and garlic, passionfruit and pineapple.
Tastes of pineapple, peaches, green herb and yellow hard candy.
Medium to thick body with little carbonation and a definite alcohol burn.
I got this in Reno and am drinking it in Redding, Aug 27th, 2019.

Poured from a can -murky and turbid dark gold with minimal white head leaving scant lacing. Nose is mostly tropical fruit. Taste follows with more fruit,a hint of dank and a hint of malt . Very smooth finish. Easy to drink several of these.

Man, after chillin around the pool and UFC 239 last Saturday, I blew the patch out my cooler's ass and was left with very little beer for golf on Sunday morning. Stopped in at Speedway (best beer selection I've ever seen at a gas station) and picked up a 4 pack of this (and a bottle of 2016 Sour in the Rye at 50% off = $10.75). Was a slightly tough purchase paying 4/$18, something I generally wouldn't do for a Lead Dog beer (they're good, but that is premium tier pricing).
So I jumped into this on the back 9. Pours the industry standard hazy yellow with 1/2" white head. Aroma is nice and hoppy, seems familiar proprietary hop pattern. I dunno if its just the name, but I thought I picked up on some CTZ (Zeus) hops in this one along with some Citra. Had that weed and oranges vibe with a little tropical fun thrown in.
Commercial tug job talks about 45 ibu, but I dunno if its the alcohol or otherwise that gives it more of a 65 ibu feel. Its good, I think I prefer my triples in that range instead of trub soup. Pretty drinkable given the abv. I think right out the gate its my favorite beer from this brewery.

Appearance - Pours lightly hazy and golden yellow in color with a white, finger width head. Fair retention before dying to a thin, broken layer of suds.
Smell - Pineapple forward aroma with lesser orange and papaya. Hint of booziness to boot.
Taste - Follows the nose. Strong, juicy pineapple overtones with lesser orange and papaya. Finishes much the way it starts, with pineapple still the prominent force in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - Full-bodied with a fair amount of carbonation. Velvety smooth delivery with a slightly dry finish. Smooth as hell for 9.9%
Overall - Really good hazy triple. Though the flavor profile is a bit simplistic, what's there pops with a nice amount of juiciness.

Pint can:
Pours clouded/hazy yellow. A white head thins to a lasting cover. Lacing sticks.
The smell is of big tropical notes - pineapple, mango, papaya.
The taste is of sweet tropical fruit with a restrained bitterness. Some alcohol. Fruity finish.
It is very smooth . Juicy and creamy. Alcohol well-covered.
An awesome Imperial New England style IPA. Nice and fruit hop forward. Juicy and creamy with a great aroma and flavor.
