Thanks to hopdog for sharing the growler...
Appears a hazy cloud of light gold with a mild white head that fades into a thin head and mild collar. Tiny specks of lace are left around the glass.
Smell is of clove, lemon, white pepper, and crisp wheat.
Taste echoes the aromas with slightly bland flavors but a somewhat refreshing sweetness.
Mouthfeel is light bodied, spicy, and effervescent.

Triumph New Hope- Wit
Appearance- hazy brownish yellow with a thick biscuit head on top. Laced the glass nicely.
Smell- floral aroma immediately hits me. Fruity peach aroma as well.
Taste- Whiskey sour mix, but toned down. A touch of nectarine with a light floral flavor. Coriander and orange rind thrown in?! All evenly balanced.
Mouthfeel- light and smooth, no bitterness or bite. An easy drink!
Overall- only 15 minutes away, Triumph is a place I go quite often but seldom review.
Their Wit was very good and a nice summer seasonal on a hot afternoon. Again, like all of Triumph's beers, it's not an aggressive beer but a nice ,solid in the middle, 1!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
