white flakes. haze. empty. kind of like that soul-searching emptiness you wake up to in the middle of the night wondering why you're still drinking inferior beers, looking for the Treehouse dragon that just hasnt presented itself on the west coast yet (except for a few Monkish brews) and realizing that true happiness lies in a fine bourbon.... but hey, it's drinkable. and gets you where you want to be. until you wake up at 3am with either a lactose-driven bout of diarrhea or a melancholy epiphany.....

Milky yellow.

Smells like Galaxy & El Dorado.

Not the full flavor I was looking for but what's here ain't bad. Not picking up on the El Dorado, I think the bitter tinge is Ekuanot. Very slight spice I get in Galaxy heavy beers.

Plenty viscous, pretty clean finish which is a knock.

12 oz glass. Completely turbid. Pale orange/golden in color. 1/2 inch of foam upon pour that turns to lace as the level drops, gone by the half-way mark. Citrus and tropical notes in both the smell and taste. Not much malt flavor, but it's there bringing an apricot quality than hounds out the citrus and tropical hops. Medium body, bright carbonation. They describe it as an "All weather beer", and this seems fitting. It's bright and fruity enough to be refreshing in the hot months, but it's boozy enough to server as a winter warmer.
