Notes:
Bright and crisp as can be, this easy drinking lager is the preferred post (or mid) shift staff pour. Brewed with 100% Italian grown Pilsner malt, Czech Saaz & German Saphir hop. Lagered to the bone and naturally carbonated for a clean complexity with subtle honey & citrus.

This is a 12oz. can, poured into my City Lights can shaped pint glass. The beer is a slightly hazy straw yellow, with just a quarter inch of pure white foam that quickly settled to a thin layer. The hazy appearance makes it tough to notice the carbonation.
The aroma is a light grassy smell and a pinch of citrus'.
This is good! The front end is slightly sweet, then it is a crisp, fresh light citrus finish.
The feel is smooth with a light carbonation on the tongue..
Overall this was very good. I just came in the house after cutting fire wood and had this Pils. It is very refreshing and hit the spot. I don't think this sixer will last long. The second can did produce more foam than the first. I can hardly wait to see what the third does! Good job City Lights!
