Notes: This is our ode to one of the greatest hop growing regions in the world, the Pacific Northwest. Rich aromas and flavors of grapefruit, sweet citrus, & pine through copious use of Chinook and Simcoe in both our whirlpool as well as dry hopping. Coupling this hop bill with our signature soft mouthfeel makes this one of our brewers favorite beers we make. The cologne of the Yakima Valley, if you will.

An extremely solid East meets West IPA.

Beautiful golden/orange glow with fluffy white head that soon dissipates and leaves sticky lacing.
With a simple hop bill you recognize both Chinook & Simcoe with a yeasty/zesty/fruity/horse-blanket on the nose.
Feel is velvety soft and luscious with a good weight for the lower ABV.
Taste is very gummy bear/buble gum forward followed by grassy/lemon and peppercorn notes left on the tongue.

Outstanding offering which is not surprising as these guys pretty much always hit a triple or home run with each of their beers.

The amber brew is on the cloudy side, but I wouldn't call it a New England style. It's more of the West Coast IPA with Chinook being the main hop. It's not overly bitter; IBUs are rated at 40.

Pleasant light body, almost watery with a little tickle of sludge in the back of the throat. Fruity flavors and a good deal of acidity. Lemony and orange taste. Overall it's quite drinkable with a restrained use of hops. On tap at the brewery tasting room.
