Visited on a Sunday afternoon - Father's Day. Place was busy. No place to sit inside or out.

V - A bright open but relatively small space with a long bar on one side and a walk up food counter on another side. I like the bar with the inset bb's. Lot's of beer people. 4

Q - Can't be any fresher than having it from the source. Served in proper glassware. Cleanliness a bit of an issue with the taster glasses, which in my opinion is unacceptable. The beers themselves are hit or miss, with Heart & Soul being the best I have had so far. 3.5

S - Only two bartenders for a big crowd. No table service for beer or food. Bartenders not very engaging. 3.25

Sel - A fine selection, but waited primarily towards IPAs and DIPAs. A triple and a nice English Bitter were on tap. 3.75

F - The Mexican restaurant sharing space with Crooked Run may be the best reason to go. The various soft tacos were all excellent. 4.25

Beer is solid, not world class. But very cool place and tacos were amazing. I could hang out there a lot if I lived in the area.

We stopped here at mid-afternoon on a Saturday and the place was busy. It is located in a multi-occupancy light industrial building, but the pub has finished walls and ceiling. The brewing equipment is visible through small windows. Several groups of patio tables and chairs were situated in front of the building, and it was a nice day for those customers who chose to enjoy their beers there. Beer is ordered at the bar, and food is ordered at the kitchen counter.

There are 12 taps but only 9 beers were available. We chose a sampler flight of 5 beers in order to make an overall evaluation of the beers. Each beers was brewed well in excess of its respective style, and it was this brewery's beers that stood above all of the brewpubs that we visited on our two week trip. I gave an overall grade of B+ to these 5 beers that we sampled. Well done!!

We had a late lunch while we were here, and we judged the food to be equally as good as the beers. If I had this brewpub close to where I live I'd be here all of the time. Fortunately I have family who live close-by so that I can see repeat visits here when we make return trips.
