Great, smooth, East Coast IPA. Great use of the Galaxy hop! Love this beer, it is my go to.

Thanks goes out to colby600 for this brew.

16 oz. Can

My second from this brewery.

Poured into a Tired Hands glass a very nice cloudy yellowish color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy one-finger plus off-white head, which also leaves some pretty nice creamy sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, really nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, mango, grapefruit, pineapple), with some really nice diesel like. The taste is very nice hoppy, malty, really nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, mango, grapefruit, pineapple), very nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very nicely, with a really nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a very tasty brew. Addictive! Orange Julius! Watch out Trillium. Glad to have gotten a chance. Thanks Bill!

This is surprisingly excellent IPA, I'm surprised by the somewhat low rating; my initial rating was fairly low. I think this beer would stand up pretty well against a lot of very good NE IPA. Great look, nice hoppy nose, etc etc. I'm good!

16 oz. can

Pours cloudy opaque gold with a creamy frothy white foam head. Smells like mango, musty pineapple, guava, passionfruit, berry, grapefruit, orange citrus, bready doughy malt, with dank earthy herbal grass and spicy floral resinous pine. Tastes like mango, pineapple, guava, passionfruit, berry, grapefruit, orange citrus, bready doughy malt, with dank earthy herbal grass and spicy floral resinous pine. Feels medium bodied, creamy with moderate low carbonation. Overall a really nice IPA.

Look: Looks like freshly poured orange juice.

Smell: Vanilla, tangerine, grapefruit,

Taste: Super creamy, with a mixture of dry grapefruit, pine and spices. Potpourri undertones. Crisp. Perfectly balanced. Amazing dank juicy finish smooth and not at all bitter. The spices give it a subtle lingering bite... Wow. This is really good. Its more tart than hoppy.

Feel: Smooth and juicy. Just amazing.

Overall: This is my new favorite IPA. I love a little spice in an IPA. Would be amazing breakfast beer. Buy this.

As is the trend, it's super hazy and looks very similar to orange juice. Huge bubbly head that fades quickly. Massive citrus and tropical fruit in the nose. Same with the flavor. Big time juiciness. Properly bitter with a clean, smooth finish. All the great qualities of the newer, popular hop varieties. Sticks to the New England IPA tradition of unfiltered, unadulterated hop-bomb goodness (albeit a young, trendy tradition).

Canned on 9/6/18 opened on 9/17/18

A thickly settled style liquid, mucho hazy, milky tones within a straw-gold color. All white foam, thick at first, receded pretty fast with only minimal coverage.

The hoppy aroma popping off from the Citra and Galaxy hops have serious bursts of citrus and tropical tones. A very fresh, lupilin powder and hearty husk notes are most impressive. There is a big earthy factor, mixed with old herbs and spices, mint and cucumbers seems to balanceout the big fruit explosion. It genuinely has a freshly crushed up hoppy style nose.

A full, smooth and heady mouthfeel crosses over into DIPA land. Semi-crisp bite also mutates into dry, earthy, grainy and sharp and quickly back to long and lush again. Nice texture, bigger than I expected before I saw the liquid!

Hearty grains and an earthy toned hop explosion hits you first in the flavor spectrum. Sour and tropical fruits, sweet and tangy citrus with what seems like wheat and oats within the malty balance. The malt is classically light, but sweet, then grainy.
The hop combo is very dense, fresh and assertive. Fresh lupilin and green husky tones makes these hops seem very fresh and lively. A low level, dry kick, not ever bitter but tangy with slightly sharp edges to the hop taste.

Certainly in the New England style approach with a righteous hop complexity and rad feel. Happily surprised.

A very good NEIPA. It’s got the quality taste and thick feel you crave if you prefer this beer style.
(Make sure you pour the whole can into a glass all at once - the good particulate hops is in the last 20%. It’s not homogenized). It’s only 6.5% so it’s more sessionable. As good as IPA’s I’ve had from Trillium and Tree House (my son lives in Boston) and it’s available in PA and I didn’t have to wait in line.

This beer is up there with the other heavy hitter juice bombs. Not over the top, just right. Looks like a hazy glass of OJ. Tastes delicious. Unfortunately they were out of growler fills and cans of this otherwise I would have made this a staple of my refrigerator. Definitely worth getting.
