This Double IPA has been slammed with a generous amount of exciting hops both in the boil and dry hopping schedule. Packed with a variety of tropical fruit flavors and aromas this beer was brewed to celebrate persistence and dedication to creating something good.

Canned 9/14
Slightly more bitterness than I've found in the NEIPAs I've had lately, which is a welcome change. Fruit salad components of guava, pineapple, and pithy grapefruit. The body full, substantial. Nicely done.

Light cloudy honey color with a 3F head in a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Sweet, floral, earthy, fruity aroma..
Very smooth mouth feel.
Great taste. Full bodied fruit.
Lightly hoppy finish.
Excellent beer. Looking forward to tasting more of their beers.

L — Pours a decently hazed golden orange body with 1.5 fingers of solid white head produced with moderate pour. Decent retention and good lacing
S — Yellow grapefruit, white grape, peach, hint of honeydew melon
T — Citrus rind, creamy vanilla, lemon zest, black tea bitterness, earthy pine
F — Medium+ mouthfeel, medium carb. Definitely feels thicker than most NEIPAs, which gives it a nice body. The bitterness is a little much on the finish, though
O — A solid offering from a nice local brewery I’ve recently been getting acquainted with. Somewhat middle-of-the-road given the stiff competition around here, but I guess that’s to be expected from a flagship brew. Certainly not much to complain about either

No canning date for dipa, thanks for nothing
Pours a mild fizzy foamy 1/2 finger head that fades at a med pace, a bit of lacing, very hazy golden tan color with tons of floaties sediment
Nose fruity, some stone fruit, bubblegum, little citrus, little cracker and a fruity yeast like a Conan yeast, but fairly light in general, a bit of generic tropical and some pineapple
Taste brings big sweet malts, not too sweet just big and thick, plenty of citrus, candied orange zest marmalade, stone fruit candied apricots, pineapple juice, mai tai tropical fruit, fair bitterness, nice balance as the finish dries a bit but still a little sticky, lingering mai tai pineapple and citrus, touch of warming alcohol
Mouth is med to fuller bod, just a touch of alcohol, decent carb
Overall nice, taste came through pretty well, nose started light but opened a bit and was nice when it opened, probably a bit old but decent, just wish they dated it

Bright honey yellow look with beautiful citrus and peach nose. Taste is great sweet citrus (oranges/tangerines/pineapple) and no hop bite at end. Medium mouth feel. Excellent DIPA. One of best I have had in a while. Will definitely look for it again.
