From notes when I had it on tap a couple of months ago.
A - Hazy golden yellow with an egg shell white head. Head is about 2 fingers thick and has excellent retention. Very active carbonation.
S - Strong yeasty esters with hints of bananas and a touch of musty old socks. A touch off-putting but as you get used to it it becomes a rather inviting aroma. Spent wheat comes through a bit as the beer warms.
T - A touch of citrus fruits, especially lemon. Wheat malt comes through as the primary backbone throughout and there is just a touch of sourness underneath. Saltiness comes through in the finish with a mineral water like taste.
M/D - Crisp carbonation and a touch dry. Very easy drinking and certainly refreshing.

Gose? Real gose? With actual salt? Absolutely! A finger's worth of bone white head with great retention. Color was a hazy golden-yellow. Nose had a mild banana overtone. Mouthfeel was medium with a muted banana taste in the mouth. Finish was dry, slightly salty, but nothing having to do with bananas. Wow!

On-tap at the Draught House in Austin. My first Gose!
Pours with a dusty goldenrod color, hazed by yeast and wheat malt. Lots of carbonation trails on the rise to supply a thin tuft of creamy eggshell-white head. Smell is a funky and musty, like homebrewed hefeweizen yeast in mid-fermentation. Wheat malt and lemon zest in the background with a briny, salty edge.
The salt doesn't stand out too strongly in the flavor; rather, it nicely complements the refreshing nature of the wheat and pale malts. A bit of citrus fruit and mineral water mid-sip, while the finish is tangy with a kiss of salt. Mouthfeel is bubbly and light on the palate--perfect carbonation level and consistency for a hot July day in Texas. Definitely a drinkable, interesting beer. And so it Gose. Verdict: recommended.

This beer is now called Sunshade Gose.
The beer pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. The aroma is coriander, wheat and citrus. The beer smells a lot like a traditional Belgian white with a little bit of funk. The flavor is more of the same with a lot of orange and lemon plus the addition of salt. The beer is pretty good overall and is very drinkable. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Light yellow cloudy pour. Smell was very witbier like to me, as was the flavor. Kind of creamy mouthfeel, with no noticeable salt, although I understand it is brewed with it. Good if you like hefeweizens or wits, but just not my preferred style, and very similar to them.
