Notes:
Our homies from Toppling Goliath brewing Co. came up to get prehistoric on our brewhouse. To pay homage to their Dino classics & the not infrequent jokes about the amount of plants in our taproom, we used Earth-rattling quantites of our Hand-Selected Citra & Citra Cryo, TG’s Hand Selected Citra & that new hotness, Riwaka, from their super secret stash. Lots of oil. Tread Lightly.

Pours golden yellow orange like orange juice, thin head and slight lacing
aroma of pineapple. mango some damp grass and and fruity berries
Taste is sweet and tropical, hoppy
Full chewy mouthfeel, soft feeling low carbonation and a sweet to dry finish. No hint of alcohol
Overall it's a easy drinking TIPA, really tasty and well balanced

Can. Hazy golden yellow color.
It’s a bit young for my liking, but will be awesome in 2-3 weeks. A lot of dole pineapple juice. Earthy hops. Mango and some melon. Very tropical and juicy.

Pours a turbid golden straw color with a thin head and nice lacing. Smell is juicy and tropical herbal and sweet. Taste is superb both breweries bought the Citra and it shows juicy mango and papaya add in citrus and melon and Riwaka hops for berries . Mouth feel is full on citra with some dryness and pine in finish. One of the better collaborations I’ve had, BS is killing TIPA’S lately. Insanely easy to drink with a 10% ABV that you will feel later.
