Solid IPA. Poured from a 16 oz can into a pint glass. Clear dark gold/orange color with a medium size foamy head. Good head retention and foamy bands of lacing on the glass. Aroma includes both citrus and piney hops. Not that strong aroma. Flavor is more pronounced. Citrus hops up front (mostly grapefruit), some sweet malt and piney hops in the finish. Complex enough flavors. Mouthfeel is good, bitter (but not a hop bomb),s rich enough, and crisp. This is a well crafted IPA, not a superstar, but well worth a try. Enjoyable, well crafted brew.

P- Poured from a 16 oz can, into a pint glass.Date on the can is 4/4/2017.

L- Frothy white colored head that stands 1 finger tall, with very good retention that leaves a sticky lacing on the glass.Deep amber / orange colored body with very good clarity.Light amount of carbonation, with a medium amount of sediment.

S- On the nose I get faint notes of tropical fruit zest and small amounts of pine. Not a huge nose on this one,but what is there mostly consists of tropical fruit.

T- The palate follows the nose with tropical fruit zest up front, floral and spice hops in the middle, and bitter pine hops on the back end.The taste isn't complex, but it's simple,to the point, and tastes very good.

F- The mouth feel is thin and sticky, with a moderate amount of oxidation on the tongue.Smooth finish with a slightly chalky texture after the sip.

O- This is a pretty good IPA compared to other southern breweries.I would drink it again, and recommend hop heads to give it a try, especially if you live in Florida and great IPA's are somewhat limited.

Poured from a 16 Oz can
Look:pours an amber color with a very slight hazy and a nice foamy white head.
Smell:smell is light with citrus and pine apple shining through. Hints of apple as well.
Taste: sweet for an ipa but it still retains its hops bitterness. I think the sweetvtasye is malt. The can must have been about a month old.
Feel:nice light carbonation, soft on the tounge
Overall:this is a light ipa with a little malt sweetness and a bit of hops bite. This is quite different from the New England IPAS I'm used to drinking. It's refreshing and I would drink again

This is a solid IPA out of Tampa that my cousin dropped off for me in exchange for some Wookie Down that he took back town to Florida with him. The aroma is incredibly citrusy, and you can taste orange zest with each sip. Both the hops and the zest linger on the tongue, and while it is good, it never quite balances for me. Still, it finishes on that zest note, which I do find very appealing.

consumed on tap at Disney Animal Kingdom. No real other craft choices i could find. poured murky orange. Nose was caramel malt and touch of orange and apricot. Taste was decent balance up front but then turned away from any real sweet or citrus flavors into a more deep bitterness. Feel was medium and bitterness lingered. Wont have again but was nice to find something other than a BMC beer here.

Canned 11/15/16, enjoyed in Florida

Pours a light fluffy 1/2 finger head that fades semi slowly sticky lacing, clear straw to orange color

Nose big fresh hops, loads of cascade family hops, floral, grassy, little citrus, faint grapefruit and pine, centennial, mild doughy malt underneath.

Taste big fresh hops again, little pine out front, very spicy, mild citrus and orange peel, lots of rind, chewy like hops, little sweet malty flavor, toasted malts, very bitter makes me want to keep sipping.

Mouth is med bod, nice carb, no booze.

Overall not bad, great aroma, taste was a little too super bitter chewy spicy hop for me, but that's what they were going for.

On draft at Disney's Animal Kingdom.
Easy drinker on a warm day.
Hoping to get a bit more citrus out of the taste and aroma but falls a little short.
Nice look and light carbonated feel.
Decent head and lacing in a plastic cup.
Overall slightly above average and appreciate somewhat local choice.
I'm sure I'll grab another one.

First had this one on tap in Ybor at the brewery, now from a tall boy can. Very tasty! Pours deep orange with small sender head, smells more pine than citrus but the taste is more citrus pith/rind. Good mouthfeel with an aftertaste that sticks with you. I'd definitely drink it again!

Tampa has some pretty impressive IPA's with Jai Alai and Old Elephant Foot. OEP looks beautiful and has a very dense head and firm lacing. The nose promises a well balanced Hop/Malt balance with slight citrus notes. Flavor doesn't disappoint. Heavy bitterness and a firm, dank hop hit with just enough malt to provide some balance. An aftertaste that lingers lovingly. This is a very drinkable and affordable IPA that gets the basics right. Well done, Tampa Bay.
