Appearance: Pours a cloudy apricot nectar color with a two finger head; excellent retention and streaky lacing with a few clumps sticking
Smell: Mango and blueberry tones with a hint of sugar cookie
Taste: Mango forward with a more subtle blueberry tone developing; a hint of sugar cookie adds a sweetness; a Clementine orange tone pervades the mid-palate with a low level of bitterness lingering
Mouthfeel: Medium with moderate carbonation; somewhat creamy
Overall: Not too sure what New Anthem views as the difference between a DDH Mosaic Pale Ale and and IPA but it is pretty hard to discern to my palate; no matter, I liked this a lot
