Great taproom with large bar and some bar height tables located in an older building off Front Street in downtown Wilmington, NC. They feature their own brews as well as a nice variety of guest taps. Comfortable, dog-friendly scene.
These guys are brewing some interesting IPAs in the New England style that are on point! If you're in ILM you should check them out. Cans are sold on site when available.

The interior is nice, lots of copper and wood. I went on a bright, sunny day, but it was quite dark inside. There are no beer menus or descriptors, but only a sign on one wall. The bartender told me I had to go to the other side of the bar to see their selection. I tried a sampler of 3 beers. A paters bier, which was pretty thin and sulphary, a triple, which was okay, and an IPA. The IPA was by far the best. Crisp and floral with medium bitterness.
