Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Slightly cloudy and hazy body appearance, with a muted tangerine orange and deep yellow body color. Soapy, but somewhat fine bubbled head. Head actiions makes an easy three fingers, but with minimal retention, and little lacing.
Tropical notes on the nose, with a bit of spicy herbal tones. Good juicy touches of ripe cantalope like melon with some spicy pine quality as well. A touch of nice light rounded sweetness fills in nicely.
Palate gets solid. Flirts with session quality, but a thicker malt presence is supportive and carries the base flavor nicely. Chewy touching mix of malts and tropical hops qualities. Finishes with a real nice spicy quality almost in a green pepper mild heat. Touches of peach and sweet to even tart apricot bitterness on the palate as well.
Comes of with a hint of session quality but with more depth and power. Easy drinking and full of flavor.

Had on tap at Lures Bar & Grille. My favorite out of 4 IPA/DIPAs. Tons of juicy citrus character with a soft mouthfeel and low-to-moderate levels of bitterness. Delicious.

16 oz can, no date at the bottom
Hops: Simcoe, Citra, Motueka
Kind of ugly beer, turbid chicken stock with little retention. Smell and taste are much better. It's a good NEIPA, but not great. Not sure if the $17/4-pack price is worth it.

It's like when Orange Juice is on it's last days before pouring out, juicy.
It's good, but reminds me of the end of the OJ carton sadly.
Side note: Very much enjoy the Artwork on the Can by OffShoot. Nowadays with these can releases having high-end art-work, that should almost get a rating category in itself.

Hold My Beer pours orange juice orange. The deep yellow and opaque body is capped by a frothy white head that nearly dissipates completely with little lacing.
Millions of peaches...peaches for me. Maybe not exclusively, but peaches dominates with just vague notions of lime and vanilla. A catty urine smell comes through as it warms.
The flavor is mostly ripe papaya. A unique dash of white pepper flashes before lime and wet cardboard finish it off.
It's surprisingly light bodied with a sharp and tingly carbonation. Well balanced, with a slightly dirty bitterness and some alcohol warmth lingers.
Back and forth we go with Offshoot. This was not one of my favorites from them, but overall was still enjoyable. Cheers and thanks again Jay!
