Good
Notes: Rest and relaxation is time well-deserved, yet not often enough taken. Decompress and take it easy with Unwind, a casually-crushable hoppy pilsner brewed with Citra, Simcoe, and Nelson Sauvin hops. Clean and crisp notes on the palate with a bright citrus and tropical hop finish create a seriously cheers-able accompaniment to another hard day’s work.

A: The beer is a little hazy yellow in color and has faint hints of amber along with a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high white head that left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of gooseberries are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of gooseberries and hints of lime. There is a light to moderate amount of carbonation.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and somewhat clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This lager is quite hoppy and has nice aromas and flavors of gooseberries but isn't as hoppy compared to IPLs.

Lovely pour with frothy white head and decent retention on a golden body;

Light nose of tropical hops with a bit of pine and citrus. Also seems to me to be a bit of hay/straw from the grain;

A little bit of breadiness and some tropical hops but really not lot of flavor especially for a 5.7 percent abv. There is also very little in the way of bitter tastes, so it’s very mild/unremarkable.

Feel is good with a light body with just a bit of heft and mellower carbonation than you might find in other pilsners, which I like

Overall it’s just not flavorful enough. If it were a small beer or some other very light very mild style I would sort of forgive it, but for a full pils it’s watery.
