On tap at Bier:Thirty. Clear golden pour, small ring of white head. Hoppy aroma, bone dry hops in the taste. Bitter but not overly so. Simcoe showcase

Solid D/IPA...nice hoppy-plne resin dry aftertaste. Slight carbonation, decent body, a well-rounded IPA! Well done Revision, this Revenge stands along side any other DIPA out there!

Clear, bright orange low head spotty lacing. Fruity, weedy and sweet aroma. Tastes great with fruit, berries, apricots, pine and weed. Nice bitterness. Great beer.

Raul digs this one. Raul digs this one quite well. It’s just good, you know? It’s there. It’s like that moment when you look over at your baby mama, and you’re proud, you’re happy that she is your baby mama. No pomp, nothing bombastic... she’s just there, existing for you, like you exist for her. And hell, last time Raul checked, existence isn’t all that bad of a thing.

On tap at Spokeasy Public House
A: Pours golden amber with a frothy pale tan head that settles to a thin layer and laces nicely.
S: Spicy pine, dank herbal notes, citrus, light tropical fruit, biscuity malt, and just a little caramel sweetness.
T: Tropical fruit, passion fruit and a little guava, citrus, lemon, orange, and grapefruit, spicy, resinous, piney bitterness, faint herbal earthy notes, biscuity malt, and just enough caramel sweetness to pull it all together.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, super drinkable.
O: Simcoe seem to get forgotten with all the citra powered stuff floating around, but beers like this show how great these hops are.

Pours a clear yellow gold straw color with white head leaving significant lacing. Smells and tastes like simcoe hops, very one dimensional. Finishes on the dry side. I know taste is subjective but this one just doesn't quite do it for me.

Bottled 7/27/18, consumed 8/21/18
L: Crystal clear amber with a big head that left a little bit of lacing.
S: Spectacularly danky, piney, earthy, citrus fruity - all the wonderful attributes of Simcoe hops amplified to just the perfect level.
T: Follows aroma, full & bright, man I can't get enough of this.
F: Good carbonation, medium feel, alcohol very well masked, decent level of bitterness but very easy and just works great with the aroma and flavor.
O: I'm completely in love with this beer. Absolute must pick up if you like Simcoe hops. This may be the best WC DIPA I've ever had.

Bottle dated 07/21/18 into a tulip.
L: Vibrant golden with 2+ fingers of variable density white head with moderate retention and left mixed lacing.
S: Super dank and earthy, subtle floral undertones. Loved it, but just a bit mute.
T: Follows nose well, more prominence from floral aspects. Finishes with plenty of bitterness and some acidity.
F: Medium bodied with medium carbonation, slick and lively on the tongue, slight burn from acidity and ABV.
O: Great single-hop West Coast DIPA. Crazy drinkable at 9%. My favorite of the Revenge series (previously had Mosaic and Citra).
