Notes: It’s late. Probably close to 3:00 AM, but your phone is for making questionable calls and looking at funny videos, not for checking the time. Yeah, one more sounds like a good idea. Maybe even a great idea. And whoa, you’re a unicorn. Brewing this beer with Mosaic, Vic Secret, and Amarillo was a good decision.

Was expecting a nice New England IPA. What I got was a very weak IPA with a very mild citrus taste and aroma. Not sure why this was not a much stronger IPA.

Smell - apricot peach lemon
Taste - good malt backbone citrus slight lemon
Feel - medium body creamy lighter carb
Overall - interesting that you can’t tell how boozy it really is.

This was a bit over the top in sweetness and that onion garlic note. The onion and garlic overpower the juicy hops underneath. Definitely could be a bit drier. Had trouble finishing this one

Dankness, ripe apricot/peach, and hoppy notes on the nose for me. Taste follows somewhat with a bitter hop bite on the swallow that lingers for a bit. This has decent depth and will hit you with slightly more booziness as it warms.

Murky, orange/gold beer with a finger of slightly off white head. The aroma is tropical fruit, citrus, sweet malt and a lot of dank weed. Tastes like the smell with a decent level of sweetness that is full of tropical fruits like mango and papaya. Finishes super bitter and clean.

Can poured into a Russian River Brewing Co pint glass

A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and leaves some thick lacing.

S: Fruity, tropical, a hint of melon, a little citrus, faint pine, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.

T: Mix of over ripe citrus, tropical, and stone fruits, orange, papaya, lemon lime, peach, apricot, mango, passion fruit, and melon, a hint of pine, biscuity malt, caramel sweetness, and a touch of alcohol.

M: On the fuller end of medium body, moderate carbonation, somewhat soft on the palate, with a hint of alcohol warmth.

O: Love the name, not blown away by the beer itself. Don't get me wrong, it's good, but if I'm in the mood for something this big, I probably won't be another of these.

A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color—too hazy to see if there is any visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a narrow collar around the edge and a webbing of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of mangos and pineapples are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of mangos, passionfruit and pineapple along with faint hints of alcohol towards the finish. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels a bit more than medium-bodied on the palate and is rather juicy with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: You can definitely sense that this New England IPA is stronger compared to other beers in the style given its slightly heavier body, but drinks remarkably well for a beer that is 11% abv with only faint bits of alcohol perceptible in the taste.

Exceptionally strong hazy with little trace of the high ABV in the taste. Revision is truly a leader when it comes to hazy ipa's brewed out here in the west. Mouthfeel and taste are the usual A+ effort from Revision.

Haven't had a new Revision haze in a while, so consider me piqued. Disclaimer, I am not the biggest fan of TIPAs, but I am down to try some new ones here and there.
Canned 1/9/19.
L: Pours a honey/golden rod color. Unfiltered appearance, but isn't as hazy as other Revision offerings. Minimal head formation from a standard pour, and slight residual lacing on the glass.
S: The dank skunk is right up in your face, with generous amounts of floral and citrus aspects to provide additional complexity.
T: Loads of citrus flavor, along with mango and melon. Dank, resinous hop profile is also noted, and corresponds from start to finish. I don't necessarily taste the booze, but I get the booze warmth as it goes down. Slight bready malt flavor as well. Aftertaste is lemon, floral, with mild pine and apparent dankness. This one's a doozy.
F: Medium in body and weight. It's slight and slightly syrupy, but it works here. Carbonation is great, adding the perfect fizzle on the tongue. ABV is well hidden for the most part but is detectible.
O: This is a really good brew. I can definitely say that I prefer it to Hops In A Can, the other NETIPA Revision did. Though it's heavy abv wise, it is something that is worthy of a try. I am very glad to have tried, and I love the can art. Cheers!

Crazy easy drinking TIPA. Loved the dank and floral nose. Taste follows but much greater prominence of the dank attributes, maybe slight subtle citrus shows once warm. Finishes with plenty of bitterness and a hint of astringency. Haven't been craving this style beer for awhile, but I enjoyed this one for my palate and preferences.

Pours an opaque golden honey color with short white head leaving some wispy bubbly lacing.Nose is muted citrusy dankness. Taste is mellow citrus and piney resin. Finish is almost dry with a wee bit of alcohol on the back end. Best be careful with this one , the more I sip the more I want.

Appearance - Pours hazy and orange in color with a white, finger width head. Good retention before dying down to a thin, broken layer of suds and a thin ring around the edge of the glass. Decent amount of lacing, with broken sheeting and a few small spots fond around the glass.

Smell - Citrus, dank and a hint of tropical character.

Taste - Follows the nose. Citrusy notes of orange, grapefruit and lesser guava, then a good dose of earthy dankness hits mid-taste. Finishes with citrus and dank, and both linger long into the aftertaste.

Mouthfeel - Near full in body with bitey carbonation. Drinks smooth enough for 11% before a mostly dry finish.

Overall - Good brew, but way too much dank for a hazy.

Canned 1/9/19, consumed 1/17/19

Poured hazy but only just slightly cloudy light orange color with a small head, decent rentention and good amount of lacing.

Aroma is a really nice tropical & stonefruit mix with floral and piney hop notes, great level of intensity.

Taste pretty much follows, again nice flavor level, not searching for faint hints here.

Feel is medium-full, smooth, well carbonated, and pretty low bitterness. Pick up some alcohol burn at first (this pup is a 3xIPA after all), but it honestly all goes away after just a couple of sips.

The more I drink the more I want to drink this, gotta watch out though. Revision knows exactly what's up with triple IPAs.
