It’s late. Probably close to 3:00 AM, but your phone is for making questionable calls and looking at funny videos, not for checking the time. Yeah, one more sounds like a good idea. Maybe even a great idea. And whoa, you’re a unicorn. Brewing this beer with Mosaic, Vic Secret, and Amarillo was a good decision.

Can poured into a Russian River Brewing Co pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and leaves some thick lacing.
S: Fruity, tropical, a hint of melon, a little citrus, faint pine, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Mix of over ripe citrus, tropical, and stone fruits, orange, papaya, lemon lime, peach, apricot, mango, passion fruit, and melon, a hint of pine, biscuity malt, caramel sweetness, and a touch of alcohol.
M: On the fuller end of medium body, moderate carbonation, somewhat soft on the palate, with a hint of alcohol warmth.
O: Love the name, not blown away by the beer itself. Don't get me wrong, it's good, but if I'm in the mood for something this big, I probably won't be another of these.

A Tavour Treat. Pours a gold color with a small white head that lasts quite a while. Aroma of hops, citrus fruits and grains. Taste is like a traditional IPA. A hoppy bitterness and little of a grapefuit flavor. A good brew for a traditional IPA.

16iz can from Brewers Haven. Thick mustard colored pour, one finger head fades. Aroma leads with some booziness, then sharp citrus notes. Taste also had the alcohol up front, minor citrus peel and a hard bitterness. For me, it's still an easy drinker.

Type: 16-oz. can
Reviewed as: New England Triple / Imperial IPA
Glass: Pure Project 16-oz. snifter glass
Price: $5.49
From: Windmill Farms in Del Cerro (San Diego), Calif.
Purchased: June 11, 2021
Consumed: June 15, 2021
Misc.: Canned on April 22, 2021
Went to Windmill Farms to grab some stuff for Chad and $113 later I had way too much beer. Revision’s website called it “It’s late. Probably close to 3:00 AM, but your phone is for making questionable calls and looking at funny videos, not for checking the time. Yeah, one more sounds like a good idea. Maybe even a great idea. And whoa, you’re a unicorn.” Hops mentioned were Mosaic, Vic Secret and Amarillo.
Poured a medium yellow hazy color with three fingers of frothy white head. Some bubbles creeping up along the sides of the glass. World-class uneven foamy lacing. World-class foamy retention. (Sight - 4.50)
Initially wasn’t a big fan of the nose. Got melon, candied lemon, Vic Secret, green vegetable, pine, herbal, orange rind, Amarillo, mango, floral and hints of Mosaic. Much better out of the can. (Smell - 3.75)
Tasted much better than the nose. In order got melon, candied lemon, Vic Secret, green vegetable, pine, caramel, Amarillo, orange rind, tangerine, herbal, mango, Mosaic and floral. Kind of reminded me of a recent Pure Project quad IPA. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, smooth finish. (Feel - 4.50)
This beer grew on me as it went down. Definitely a pour decision to start this at 1:45 a.m. (Overall - 4.25)

Hazy yellow color with thin white head. Aroma of pineapple, and mango. Taste is very tropical. High alcohol but surprisingly well covered by the sweet fruit flavor. Great beer.

This NE style triple IPA hits the spot for me. It's flavorful, hoppy, not too boozy tasting, and smells great. Also, the mouth feel is as smooth as Sunny-D (as a millennial, that's a good thing). My main complaint is that there isn't enough carbonation. Overall great beer, so good imma have several. Wish me luck!

A delicious and beautiful triple IPA from Revision; canned 11/11 (not retired!) and poured into a Jackie O’s tulip; beautiful murky gold appearance with a foamy & creamy white head that revives and laces well; generic tropical and citrus fruits on the nose, with a sweetness of abv/malt backing it up; more of the same of on the taste, lots of tropical fruit, coconut, pineapple, orange, and grapefruit, with mild dankness; alcohol is deceiving, thought the sweet malt profile gives it away at times, it isn’t boozy. Just an overall delicious triple NEIPA.

Had on tap at Aces & Ales - Tivoli, Las Vegas, NV.
Great cloudy appearance; fluffy, sticky white head. Strong tropical fruit aroma with almost equal sweet malt. Candy-like tropical fruit flavor with sweet malt but offset by moderate hops bitterness bite. Body a bit too thick. Creamy carbonation is fairly low. Alcohol well hidden. Delicious beer, but a bit too thick and sweet to be one of my favorite NEIPAs.
