Awesome place to get the brewing experience without having to worry about the mess, keeping the temps right, carbing the beer properly etc. Run by great people too! I say go try it, you'll be happy you did!

What a great way to enter the world of home brewing! This is a place where you can get together with a bunch of your friends and brew up a bunch of different styles using state of the art 20 gallon tanks while under the guidance of dedicated home brewers. If you go at it alone your 20 gallon brew will cost about $150. However, if you get together with a bunch of your friends and set up a "brewfest" you could brew up 6 different styles to take home for the cost of about $35-40 including the bottles. They provide the grains, barley, malts, sugars, hops, and yeast and there are over 75 easy-to-follow recipes to choose from. It is a blast! This is worth checking out.

Every few years I try Incredibrew. I read they were the 2nd BOP in the USA, and the first east of the Rockies. The good: very convenient, nice batch sizes, sanitary, prices reasonable.
No major bads, but some complaints: beer is carbonated when you bottle, and that's accomplished by mounting the bottle in the bottler, flipping and holding a CO2 lever, then switching lever again to get beer in with the CO2. It's a very imprecise process, and you can easily overcarbonate. Perhaps this gets easier with practice. They filter the brew, so it's not an option to drop in a malt tablet to naturally condition.
Incredibrew require you use 22oz bottles, and you can bring your own or purchase onsite. However, they do not allow you to use 12ox bottles (which could be accomplished on the bottler, using a spacer beneath the bottle). This is a problem only in that you will give away a lot of your bottles as gifts, and not every recipient will want to drink an entire 22oz bottle. I understand the need to keep the bottler's available, but allowing a limit against 12oz bottles (like 1 sixpack) would accommodate this need. Oh well.
Dark and stormy night is fun - just be sure you're not claustrophobic (like my friend) as you're constantly either waiting in line or moving out of the way. Don't expect a relatively full brewing experience from this either, as each recipe is accomplished using a 'team' of 4 to 6 people.
The price is reasonable but adds up if you need to purchase your own bottles. If you bring your own, be sure they are 100% clean of mold or sediment. The dishwasher will sterilize and remove some gunk, but won't remove heavy mold from a bottle. (Heavy mold is not something I collect mind you, but running late I grabbed the wrong box of bottles that were recently 'donated' to me). Just FYI if you acquire bottles for the session.
There's some long waits while your partial mash is cooking... some suggested improvements would be a TV, some seating away from the activity, and wifi. There's a subshop next door if you are starving, that's it. Overall Incredibrew is excellent, and taking someone there for the first time is great fun.

My wife & I joined her brother and his girlfriend to try our hand at brewing our own beer for the first time.
I have to agree with the other two reviewers - very friendly and knowledgable staff, clean establishment, and the beer selection was also impressive. Most importantly, the beer we brewed (the Irish Red Ale) came out fantastic. We'll definitely return, and this process made all of us even more interested in home-brewing in the future.
Also of note -- they brew root beer as well, and this is a great birthday party opportunity for kids. In fact, there was a kids party there today while we were bottling our Irish Red.

It was a surprise to see that I could rate Incredibrew on BA. I have been going off and on to Incredibrew for about ten years now. I was also at the "Dark and Stormy Night" and had a lot of fun. Dave and his staff are very knowledgeable and always have an answer for any of my questions. They have a large selection of beer recipes to choose from at reasonable prices. I have never brewed a bad beer at Incredibrew and the best part is they get to clean up the mess. I know I will be going back and if you get a chance to get a few people together I would recommend checking it out and brewing a batch.

I went to incredibrew for the "Dark and Stormy Night". Outstanding, we brewed the following for $45-2 cases(3 bottles of each) Russian Imperial stout, Gorilla Dopplebock, Hazelnut Coffee stout brewed w/ Dunkin Donuts coffee-New recipe, Irish Stout, Smoked Porter, Robust Porter, and Dave (owner) is going to brew two surprise batches for us.
It was very cool, the place is nice, very clean, sanitary, and so easy to make the beer. Dave and his staff were very knowlegable in terms of explaining the different hops, malts, etc we used. We also got to taste the recipes for Incredibrew's (American Wheat, Marzen, RIS, Smoked Porter, DIPA, and ESB) while we waited for the boil, all good recipes so fresh.
This typical "group" brew was about 20 people and we broke off into groups of 4-5 to brew the six batches, again Dave and his staff make it so easy to do, esp since you don't have to clean the mess. My group brewed the RIS, took 2-1/2 hours IMO the best but longest recipe in the store. It is going to be a long two weeks.
2 Weeks Later:
I went back to bottle the beer I made at the fest and it was great, Dave and his crew made it so easy. It went very smooth considering we bottled 8 different beers with a group of 12 individuals.
Dave had decided two weeks ago to split the group if we wanted which was a great idea. It took about 1-1/2hrs to bottle the two cases including washing the bottles, shifting from stations to station, and exchanging the beers.
This was a great experience, for those who want to try and homebrew I def suggest trying Incredibrew or a BOP place near you.
