Appearance - Pours a clear gold with four fingers of foamy white head.
Smell - saaz, floral, and leafy hops, bready and grainy malts, lemon, citrus, and earthy yeast.
Taste - saaz, floral, and leafy hops upfront. The bready and grainy malts come through next. The lemon, citrus, and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes crisp and dry with the sweetness of the malts lingering.
Overall - A highly sessionable pilsner that delivers on the drinkability front. I like how all elements of the brew work in unision together to create an enjoyable experience. I can easily put back a few of these. A nice patio brew to enjoy any time of the year!
