The colour is gold, the liquid hazy. The low head is off-white; it sinks slowly leaving some lacing on the glass.
The smell is bitter with faint notes of fruits and a touch of lactose.
The taste got passing fresh bitterness. Apricots and grapefruit, citric inner peels and hints of butter and figs. The sweetness got some milky flavours. Rather light body. The aftertaste got passing hints of salt, muddy malty sweetness, bullion and matured cheese. Shortbread in the finish.
The carbonation is medium strong, the small fresh bubbles are short-lived. The liquid is somewhat sticky.
A bit murky, booth in looks and flavours.
