Draft at Laschet's.
Strange gose/doppelbock hybrid, aged in tequila barrels. More of a strong sour ale.
Murky dark brown, lasting foam and surface coverage miraculously. No lace but that's to be expected.

Intense honey aroma, not far off from Polish mead.

Taste is a little jarring, maybe too complex for it's own good. Barrel is noticeable, sweet agave honey segues into toasted dry oak, tart lemon, finish is a little slick from the agave. Full bodied and boozy. Low to medium carbonation. Overall an unusual, inharmonious beer that can be still be appreciated with an open mind.

I personally love gose style beers. This one is a nice one, though not as good as I was hoping. It's got that saltiness that I was looking for but that agave doesn't fulfill the taste I was hoping for. That said, it's not a bad brew. It's just not as gose as one would hope for.

This is the strangest beer I've had in a long time. The sourness of the gose combines with the tequila barrel in such a bizarre way I could swear I tasted something sweet like vanilla or light chocolate. Maybe it's from the oak. I didn't detect and alcohol burn. I wouldn't drink this one all night, but it was definitely fun to try! Give it a go, if you come across it.

Possibly the worst beer that I've ever had. If you like vomit, rancid grapefruit, and cheap tequila, this beer is for you!

Pours pale gold, with a bright white head. Aromas of rotting grapefruit, cheap tequila, vomit, and rubbing alcohol abound. The flavor starts off with a nice wave of sourness, followed by vomit, wood, cheap tequila, and artificial citrus. It honestly made me gag.
