Green Cheek Beer Co was founded in 2017 by two pals who love beer and the community it creates. We’re a small company of parakeets that take our time making a variety of beer styles throughout the year, but are best known for our hoppy beers, crispy lagers, big stouts, and hard seltzers.
We are always looking for ways to make improvements on our beer program through thoughtful, tiny, and consistent changes and we think you’ll notice our dedication to our craft with every sniff, sip, gulp and burp! We’re not trying to take over the beer world, as there are a lot of great breweries out there, but to remain authentic to ourselves and make the best damn beer you’ve ever had.
We hope to welcome you inside one of our three spots, all located in Orange County, CA, as we pride ourselves on our hospitality and our food too.

A worthy stop among several must stops. Above average beer. A youngish crowd with knowledgeable veterans among them. Mostly hops but also a good cola, stouts. And wild one to be consumed

Yup, this is tucked away in an industrial park. But the beer is so good that it’s worth the search! Several tables indoors, and a great selection of taps to choose from. I visited on a busy night but didn’t feel overly rushed or crowded in. Although, now that I am posting this review all that must have changed. Looking forward to visiting again in the future.

I visited Green Cheek while visiting some friends in Anaheim a little while back. They've got an industrial build-out with all the brewing equipment out on the floor - you can reach out and touch it if you wanted to. The space is welcoming; it's in the same location formerly occupied by Valiant Brewing.
There were 15 beers on tap when I visited, plus options to get a shandy or michelada. 7 of those 15 beers were IPAs; I had 2 taster flights to get a picture of all the variety. They are doing a pretty good job of the IPAs, and if you're in the area, I recommend checking them out.

Stopped by on a Wednesday at the end of the night. Customer service was decent...you could tell it was the end of the day...I know this is a smaller sized brewery, so I was expecting only about 7 different brews. I was expecting a little better quality, though...hopefully as they continue to grow, they will get better and better.

GC's location represents what I like in a brewery - a place to rest your mug with vats, kegs and huge sacks of grain stacked in a corner. And beer. Not much in the way of the pitch-black, muddy stoutish stuff, but I don't come here for the chocolate goodness, nay, this is an IPA stop and they do that oh, so well.

Green Cheek Beer Company is located in an industrial park in Orange. They took over Valiant's space. The driveway to enter the business park is easy to miss. Just a friendly warning. The brewery location is tucked in the back but there are signs leading to it.
I think they're doing rather well since it was crowded today. They had a food truck serving food. Once you enter, you make your way back to order your beers. They had about 10 beers on tap. I had a flight of four beers which were pretty good.
The service was friendly and prompt. Another good brewery in Orange County. I enjoyed my visit.

Although only a month since its grand opening, Green Cheek has already established itself as one of Orange County’s top craft beer producers by releasing an entire portfolio of high quality brews … especially their “hoppies” (IPAs, Pale Ales, etc.). Green Cheek was started by the former head brewer at Noble Ale Works, Even Price … Evan was pretty much responsible for putting and keeping Noble on the map – he is a talented brewer and this shows in every Green Cheek beer.
At the time of my visit there were 9 different beers available and two non-beer selections … iced coffee and tea … pretty unique for a brewery to offer iced tea on tap, definitely a welcomed addition. Green Cheek’s interior space is quite large for a “smaller” brewery. No air conditioning but they have big industrial fans keep the place cool … heat shouldn’t be much of a problem except on the hottest of SoCal days. Friendly vibe and a mixed crowd of older and younger patrons. Family friendly. Staff is super friendly and attentive … there was a decent line during my two hour stay at Green Cheek, but the staff kept the line moving very well. No food served, but they typically have food trucks onsite or you are welcome to bring your own grub.
The value at Green Cheek is the best I’ve seen from any Orange County brewery … meaning the LOWEST PRICES I’ve seen for tasting flights, full pours, crowlers, etc. Considering the high quality of the beer, these prices are a steal. A tasting flight of four 4-ounce pours is $6, full pours averaged $5, crowler fills $10 to $14and growler fills in the $20 to $25 range (price includes glass). Heck, even their merchandise was priced very reasonably … t-shirts were well under $20.
Green Cheek is a welcome addition to the Orange County craft beer scene … it has my highest recommendation … absolutely worth a visit, even if you have to drive out of your way.

I really like this place! Small and a little hard to find, but worth the effort. Their hazy IPAs are my favorite. We always try to take crowlers home.

Made the trek up to Green Cheek for a Sunday am opening. Nice early crowd, good lineup of various styles plus crowlers (huge plus). Flights are incredibly reasonable and both Evan and Brian were hanging out and chatting with the patrons. Good to see this place get revitalized with a great brewing team. This should be a must stop for everyone coming to the area.
