Look: Opaque yellow on the pour with an awesome-looking white head that builds to a pillow and slowly settles, leaving good lacing behind
Aroma: Lemon, lime, pilsner malt, floral notes, soda crackers, and wafts of honey
Taste: A light floral bouquet starts it off and begins to broaden in depth some before a huge citrus hit comes into the fold. Pilsner and cracker-like malt try to keep the balance as lemon and lime waves continue to crash until the finish
Mouthfeel: Light but full, medium-high carbonation, very crisp and decently clean throughout, and finishes crisp with minimal felt dryness
Overall: I dig it. This is a tasty American take on a Pilsner that is good, albeit easy to tell it’s from the States and reminds me a lot of Pelican’s Five Fin, another Pilsner with more modern hop flavors/aromas. Well-made, refreshing, and delicious. I’d definitely do it again

Had on tap. Cloudy almost hazy bright yellow with a white cap. Smells of light pineapple and lemon with flowers and grass atop bready and malty pilsner. Taste has nice balance of malt and yeast with a dash of honey and biscuit, hops have a faint dankness to the citrus and melon finish. Feel is bright, summery with a crisp finish but medium body doesn't thin out at all, nice work.

Lightly hazed gold color with one finger of three minute head.
Smells biscuit malts and floral hops.
Taste is herbal grassy and floral hops. Malt is pushing back to balance.
Mouthfeel is light to medium with ample carbonation. The finish is dry and mildly bitter.
Overall a decent German style Pils. Easy drinking and tasty.

No question that Let's Play is a beautiful Pilsner. The straw golden body is almost perfectly clear, and although the white foam doesn't rise like a cumulus cloud, it is persistently planted on the surface and provides nice lacing.
Although it doesn't smell like a classic pilsner, it does smell delicious. The mild bready and honey notes are cut through quickly by some modern and fruity hops. Melon, mango, and even a touch of lemon mask the subtle classics of pepper and grass.
The flavors are layered and almost spread out pretty evenly. In the same fashion as the aroma, the sweet fruits lead, followed closely by lemon, biscuit, then pepper and savory seasonings.
Level captures the feel wonderfully for this brew. Crisp, clean, balanced. The can might indicate that this is malty and light on the hops, but I think this is well balanced with a good hop presence and bitter bite. The dry finish is enhanced by the moderate carbonation. This is a beer for drinking.
And I think I'd oblige. I could drink this all day. I'll probably do just that come summer, which is right around the corner. Great job Level Beer. Cheers.

Bottle from New Seasons Market. Pours a hazy pale golden, with small Rocky head. Looks fantastic. Light grainy aroma, hint of citrus. Taste is more of the grains, lemon zest, then a mild, dry hop bite at the finish. This is a spot on, classic pils.
