This farmhouse setting was impressive. Several small buildings off from the road house the distillery and Troon brewery on property. Unfortunately only the restaurant serves the beers as there is no tasting room in the brewery. Bartender told me the brewery does cans for sale, but usually sell out within hours.
The interior of the building is all stone and wood. Once inside the foyer, I stepped down to a bar area that was well lit and comfortable. About 10 seats at the bar with a table so it's not a large space. Other rooms have tables for dining.
Eight beers on draft, four from Troon with one each from Stone, Weyerbacher, Kane, and Brotherton to round it out. The two Troon beers I had were very good and of extremely high quality. I was very impressed.
Service was very professional and attentive. The food is in the farm to table model, and the menu had some unique items. Only had some small plates that were very good.
This was a tremendously enjoyable stop, and recommended for anyone who is in the area.

Brick Farm Tavern is part of a three-way experience, with Troon Brewing and Sourland Mountain Spirits also located onsite. A ménage à trois of food, beer, and liquor. While it serves as a tasting room for both the brewery and the distillery, it also happens to be one of the most authentic farm-to-table restaurants in the country. I was told that 95% of the food that they put on the plate is a product of their onsite farm.
While there is ample seating throughout the restaurant, I pulled up a seat at the bar. I didn't count, but I'm guessing about 12-15 seats at the bar. Lots of wood and stone inside and a fireplace make for what is a very relaxing, countryside feel.
Of the eight beers on tap, three were from Troon, with some nice local selections rounding out the list. All between $6-7. The cocktail list looked awesome, but I came for the beer! The two Troon beers I had were great. Started with a full pour of Illegible Metal Font (imperial IPA) and then had a smaller pour of Carrion Luggage (imperial milk stout) since I was driving and the ABVs were very high on both. The bartender had no problem giving me what looked like about a 4 oz pour of the Carrion and only charged me $2. All of the beers were fresh (duh, they were brewed right next door), well crafted, and delicious.
I had a cobb salad for lunch which was incredible. All of the other food that came out of the kitchen looked just as good. Not cheap but very high quality here, folks.
On the way out, I walked over to Sourland Mountain Spirits just to take a peek inside. I bumped into the owner and his dog and got to chat with him for a few mins. Even though it was closed, he showed me around and talked to me for a good 10-15 mins. Really friendly guy.
Awesome experience overall. Top notch food and drinks in a truly bucolic setting. Highly recommended.
