From a bottle, pours a haze straw color with a thin white head that quickly vanished to nothing. Aromas of indistinct citrus and floral. Taste is subtle coriander, orange, and malt. On the back end, there is lemon and a bit of hops. Overall, this is far lighter than I generally go for, but it's really well balanced and executed; would be refreshing on a hot day.

Gold color, straw, slightly hazy. Foam white, medium high and not very durable, leaves traces on the glass.
Malty aroma, a little hop notes, floral, slightly lemon.
Taste: malty, white bread, and again a little lemon.
Saturation average. For what reason is Witbier, I do not know, summing up: for me it is normal lager.

11.2oz bottle into a Spiegelau Wit glass.

A: Pours a dull clear straw with 1/2" loose white head that dissipates quickly. Lacing is poor, retention is above-average.

S: Huge banana notes with traces of clove. Straightforward...dare I say...'on the nose'?

T: Similar to the nose. Very vibrant leap of flavor quickly turns into something much more mundane through the mid palate & into the finish. Finishes surprisingly sharp & sweet.

M: Moderate (& delicate) carb married to a light, slightly slick malty body. Very effective here. Finishes quite dry.

O: This is (to me) an interesting & overall rewarding take on the style.

Poured from a 11.2 oz bottle in to a glass

L- Hazy golden color with a foamy head that dissipated slowly
A- Aroma of orange with other citrus flavors mixed in
T- Tasted rather flat with little carbonation. Expected more carbonation
F- Not as good as I thought it was going to be. I wouldn't drink this by itself. Defiantly drink it with some kind of food, such as a steak dinner or something along that line and you will be fine and probably enjoy it.

750ml bottle from Waitrose. Pours a hazy straw colour with a white foamy head. Aromas of grains, lemon, yeast , light floral hops, banana, light pepper and coriander. Tastes is on the light side much of the former as well as sweet honey and caramel, citrus and a hint of spice. Aftertaste has a slightly dry fruity feel with a light bitter finish. Overall a very good effort of a blend of lager & wheat style beers.

750ml bottle poured into an Estrella Damm Inedit stem glass.

Hazy pale yellow in color with thick frothy white head that withstands with good retention, it gradually sinks to some foamy film covering atop along with elegant ring and several patch of lacing.

In a nose, here comes banana, floral, a hint of bubblegum, clove and coriander spice, light citrus, orange peel, elegant and inviting aroma in overall.

Led by citrus, lemon zest, and wheat snap, clove also coriander spice come in good mixture together with banana ester and slight hop bitterness.

Light body with very crisp, smooth, and lively mouthfeel from active carbonation, very dry finish.

Overall, this brew is very good and zesty yet high drinkability and easy to drink. I had it perfect match with sausage.

330 ml bottle into pint glass, best before 12/2015. Pours lightly hazy golden straw color with a 1-2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice soapy rings of lacing cling down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, coriander, pepper, wheat, cracker, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, earthy hops, and pale malt notes; with good strength. Taste of lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, coriander, pepper, wheat, cracker, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal bitterness and yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, coriander, pepper, wheat, cracker, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, earthy hops, and pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spice balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light dryness from bitter/spiciness as well. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, fairly creamy/grainy, and slightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.8%. Overall this is a very nice witbier style! All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, earthy hops, and pale malt flavors; and very smooth and refreshing to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
