Extreme haziness from the crowler, very pleasing soft golden color with as much head as you care to produce with the pour. Pine resin and "dankness" on the nose, making me expect a lot more bitterness than typical from a NEIPA. Bright, juicy citrus leads on the palate, followed by papaya and melon, then ending on more bitter citrus pith notes. A nice journey and very well-executed Galaxy showcase that really highlights the range of flavors they can provide.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a crowler on February 8, 2019. Brewed with Galaxy hops. Look is hazy golden orange with a white head and lingering lacing. Smell is sweetened tropical fruit. Taste is juicy with notes of pineapple, papaya, citrus, mango and a hint of pine. Feel is medium in body with a soft finish.

Good representation of Galaxy hops. Hazy, fruity, some pleasant bitterness.

32oz crowler. Poured out a slightly cloudy, golden hue with a large, fluffy head of white foam. It smelled of citrus, pineapple and grapefruit rind. Sweet tropical fruit taste with a strong dose of orange and sweet toasted caramel backbone.

Pours a hazy golden orange color with a white head. Smell is juicy tropical hops. Taste very juicy with notes of pineapple, papaya, citrus and mango/pine resin. Mouth feel sweet and juicy with hops a soft bitterness on the finish which i liked. Solid NEIPA here as usual.

Easily their best IPA on draft when i went. This has the same great dry hop aroma and flavor of the others, but really follows through with a super thick body that meets the classic NEIPA style. Very low IBU. Def worth trying

I didn’t know they could make a beer with more orange juice than the Raindrops. A nice NE IPA style, that is better than raindrops.

Thanks to Jeff for the 32oz. crowler. Barrel Theory simply continues to blow my mind. Into Night Shift stemware.
This beer is so dense and cloudy, I could swear its juice with pulp. Nose is dank hop resin, citrus, pineapple and grapefruit. Juicy, pulpy, full and deep. Aroma is so dense its amazing. Beer opens honey. Notes of citrus, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, and starfruit. Not completely juicy but almost so. There's a nice, soft resiny hop bitterness for balance just detectable in the background and as I swallow. Body is light with low carbonation. Silky smooth on the palate and goes down soft, subtle and at the same time rich and fluffy. So amazingly drinkable.
32oz. of this beer is not enough. I could drink gallons of this stuff its that good.

Crowler from the brewery poured into a nonic pint glass.
A-Straight juice with a thick finger of dense white head. Looks like grapefruit juice with a frothy head.
S-Passionfruit, orange, grapefruit. I guess that is what an all galaxy ipa smells like. Lovely hop.
T-Hops rule the taste. Same as in the aroma. Creamy malt presence, nothing toasted. Some vapory alcohol fires off as well. Some nice flavors here but I think I'd prefer with some different varietals to give this a bit more complexity.
M-A very soft mouthfeel, assume there is a fair amount of oats in here.
O-Out of this world-galaxy that is. Extremely hazy and juicy with lots of aroma. Love the mouthfeel, clean up the vapory alcohols and you got something special.

On tap at grizzly’s, into a chalice. Pours a chalky milky orange with a thin white head. Nose has all kinds of citrus and maybe some other tropical fruit in there too...papaya maybe. Taste follows....I don’t get much character from the malts. Nice mouthful, soft, juicy, fairly substantial body. Finish comes to a nice crisp point, while staying juicy.
