Bira white looks hazy a nice colour..but has too much carbonation in it.. i felt like im drinking a soda...
They should reduce the carbonation !!
I personally love brewdog ipa for the fine character and goose island.. they have good melt and less carbonation!!

Poured from 12oz bottle into a dimpled mug. No date on the bottle, but this is the made-in-the-USA version.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a little bit of haze and a few little floaties. Head is a thin layer of frothy white foam. Overall, not too bad for the style.
Smell: lots and lots of coriander. It's a bit one-dimensional, but I really like the intensity; there's a bit of a generic "beer-y" undertone, but that's not really a problem.
Taste: lightly wheaty flavor with a big dose of that coriander and a little bit of orange character. There's a little bit of unbalanced bitterness here, but in general it's a perfectly serviceable witbier.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a good carbonation and a decent creaminess. I feel like just a tiny bit more body would benefit this beer a ton.
Overall: this is a pretty decent witbier, to be honest. The wheat and coriander flavors are both on-point; I think that there could be a little better balance between bitter and sweet, but overall this is a pretty good realization of the style.

Poured into a weizen glass. Pours a lightly hazy, medium golden amber with tiny floating dust sized particles and a fine, two finger white head with great retention and thick lacing. Aroma of wheat, coriander and light lemon citrus, somewhat vegetal. Flavor is wheat with mild lager-like malt, coriander, lemon and orange citrus. Finishes slightly tart with residual coriander and citrus. Medium bodied with light creaminess. An overall odd bottle of beer. The label says "inspired by India", but it's brewed in Utica, NY. India does not have much in the way of craft beer that I've found and Utica is memorable to me only from my early days of adjunct lagers, so expectations weren't high. This looks quite nice, although the floating particulates are somewhat unusual; the color and head are excellent. Aroma is off a little bit, but does have clear coriander notes and light citrus. Flavor is similar, witbierish but not quite on style, less clear wheat flavor and more lemon tartness. Spicing is appropriate. Quite drinkable, but not a great witbier, and almost as if it was homebrewed. Still not sure what inspiration India provided for a Belgian style, but I guess I'm glad to see the country trying some classic styles. For such a large, warm country with some interesting influence on British beers, it would be great for them to break out and away from bland lagers.

Poured from a brown 12 oz. bottle. Has a bright golden color with a 1 inch head. Smell is of spices, light oranges. Taste is pretty bland, oranges, wheat, a faint hint of spice. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall, nothing offensive, just boring. (yawns).

Had this In Goa for the 1st time and never had any other beers in Goa after that (save for a few Kingfisher Ultra's or Corona when there werent any Bira's). Citrusy, flavourful and the easiest drinking beer!

This was quite a find at the Corner Foodery in Philly on one of my recent visits. I am always scouring for CANs to add to The CANQuest (tm) & they are a great source. I was drawn in by their monkey logo since what suggests "fun" like a monkey? I was stunned by the fact that it is an Indian brewery & I knew that I had to add one to The CANQuest (tm).
From the CAN: "Ale brewed with Coriander & Orange Peel"; "Bier*Beer*Birra*Biere*Cerveza*Cervesa"; "Imagined in India".
I love a good Crack! & so did the playful monkey. He was very excited for me to unleash him, so I went with a Gussie Busch Glug into the awaiting glass. What a naughty monkey! He allowed the head to come rushing up to the point that I thought that it was going to overflow the lip of the glass before he ordered it to stop. I got nearly three fingers of dense, foamy, rocky, eggshell-white head with decent retention in the bargain, slowly falling away to wisps while leaving nice lacing in its wake. Color was an oh-so-slightly-hazy Yellow-Gold (SRM = 4 - 5). It was easy to smell the peppery coriander and the sweet orange peel on the nose! Mmm. Mouthfeel was medium-to-full, not quite creamy, but on the approach. The taste was disappointingly light as CANpared to the nose. The coriander hardly registered, the orange peel was weak and it was even tough to identify the style. 8=( Finish was in that Twilight Zone between semi-sweet & semi-dry & each successive sip left me wondering. This one was a bit of a swing & a miss. Sorry, monkey!

Pretty basic. The schpeel says it's Indian, but it's a different recipe in the states and brewed in Utica, NY. Crisp but not much flabor; below the level of an Allagash or Omegang Witte. Try it, but you'll find it's generic.

Worst wheat beer I had. Funny taste and smell. Over priced. Will never try again.
