A: Poured a deep purple color with light crimson and amber hues. A small white cap appears and quickly resedes leaving behind white bubbles intertwined with some light crimson color bubbles. A small amount of lacing is present but that dwindles after a few sips leaving a still but beautiful beer.

S: A big cabernent nose on this big boy. Much more so than its counterpart (pinot). Dry purple and red grapes witha underlying Earthiness, booziness. Very nice.

T: Initial taste is a bit pungent with the cabernet really taking hold of the taste buds. Purple grapes kick in which persists and slowly blends with a sugar, plum, booze and Earthiness melody.

M: Medium bodied, well carbonated for a bal aged version of this style. The mouthfeel is significantly dry, lingering and stinging. A bit of sweetness hangs out on the palate as does the dark fruits. I like it alot!

O: Well done. A damn delight to drink!
