Like creatures kissing in the rain, and catching halos on the moon, this New-American hoppy ale will give your hands the shape of angels and leave you with aromatic dreams of grapefruit-resin, soft melon, mythical plants of rarefied and incomparable beauty, and the perfumed passions lurking in the sultry darkness the gardens at night. Shapeless in the dark, cover your face, drink deeply falling forever into a dream.

16 oz can poured into a Pilsner glass.

Appearance
Extra hazy, murky gold with chunky yeast sediment. 1 finger of creamy white head.

Nose
Peach, mango, papaya, honeydew, honey, blueberry, dank, and pine sap.

Taste
Sweaty mango, peach rings, and papaya juice. Grapefruit zest and pine needle. Ripe honeydew melon. Smooth caramel maltiness with drizzles of honey. Finishes with some earthy bitterness.

Mouthfeel
Full bodied, smooth, silky, creamy, juicy, and moderately bitter.

Overall
Both juicy and drying. Hopped to high Hell, as usual. FO never disappoints.

16oz can purchased from the fridge as a single for $4.99. I think that the canned on date indicates that it was canned on 6/9/2020, so this is just over two months old.

Look: Quite hazy and opaque. Deep orange color, kind of looks like unfiltered peach juice. Decent head upon pour, reduced down to a tight, nice-looking compact frothy white head clinging to the surface and edges of the glass.

Smell: Complex aroma. I am picking up a lot of different things. Initially - spicy/peppery and citrusy and tropical, dank. The most interesting note is green bell pepper on the front end, some other green herbal notes there that resemble sage or basil? Once you get past the green notes, you are hit with intense tropical aromas of mango, passion fruit, and pineapple, also honeydew (midori liquer?) and some coconut. Finishes with dank notes and something that is suggesting to me that this beer may have a mildly acidic component....Can I bottle this fragrance as a men's cologne? Move over, Old Spice! I'm ready to dive in.

Taste: Interesting. For the most part follows the nose, which is a huge compliment because the aromas set the bar quite high! Up front, you get sweetness and the tropical and melon flavors. Then I get a bit of acidity and effervescence as it moves through the palate. There is a nice little tanginess/acidity that helps to transition the palate away from sweet to dry. Finishes with dryness and mild bitterness that resembles grapefruit and melon rind that washes away pretty quickly. Residual flavor in my mouth is kind of like a honeydew creamsicle.

Feel: Super soft and creamy mouthfeel. Moderate carbonation - appropriately carbonated.

Overall: My first Foreign Objects beer, and I'm both pleased and impressed. Especially impressed if this beer is over two months old and tastes super fresh! I think that they did an excellent job with this hazy IPA. Hard to tell that it's 7.0% ABV. Fits the NEIPA style to a T. This is a great beer, just can't see myself drinking more than one of these at a time, maybe because it comes off as pretty sweet on the front palate. I would definitely pick this up again, especially if I am able to find it fresher in the future.

One of the best frim the nearly always great Foreign Objects. Juicy, hoppy, dank. Can't ask for better than that. Expensive, though. $18 a 4 pack.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a tulip glass.

Pours a bright yellow-gold color with a half-finger of effervescent white head. The head leaves some cobweb lacing before settling into a thin sheet.

The aroma brings a lot of pineapple, as well as key-lime pie and lemon meringue. There's a touch of grapefruit and peach before a bready malt backbone.

The flavor brings pineapple and honeydew melon up front, followed by a wave of lemon cream and grapefruit. There's some doughy malt before a piney, earthy finish.

The feel is the best part of this beer: Medium bodied with moderately light carbonation. Exceptionally creamy and smooth. Soft and pillowy with a dry finish.

Overall, this is a great IPA that is just exploding with hop flavors. It's "juicy" and sweet yet has plenty of bite to remind you that you're drinking an IPA.

Hazy golden yellow with almost two fingers of white foam. Aroma is primarily pineapple, followed by lime, orange, kiwi, black pepper, and sugar. The taste is a delicious mix of tropical and citrus, not pithy or overly bitter. Body is medium and smooth. Finishes dry with some lingering hops. Great overall

L - 2-finger fizzy offwhite head atop a murky yellow body.

S - tangerine, pineapple, sweet orange. Lovely.

T - lots of sweet tropical fruits. Pineapple and tangerine stand out the most. Smooth middle, with sour lime, a bit of dirt, and a touch of chalk. Low bitterness. Moderate sweetness. Low booziness.

F - medium-light body with average carb.

O - an easy drinker.
