A delightfully good beer. A tad bitter or tart which made it very delicious.

Smooth beer, it went down well. I loved the taste as well, there was a fruity taste to it. Also, it wasn't as carbonated as I was expecting.

Picked up a 330ml bottle from a local Asian grocery store and poured into a glass.
Pours with a decent amount of tan colored head. The head dissipates quickly, leaving a light lacing on top.
Nice red color, no noticable haze.
Fair amount of bubbles risingup the glass

Has a sweet caramel aroma with toasted malt.

Thin to medium body with light carbonation.

Tastes sweet with a bit of roasted malt bitterness. Lots of malt flavor. Not much hop presence in the flavor or aroma.
I notice a little tartness and a hint of metallic flavor.

A: The beer is clear reddish amber in color and has slight hints of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high beige head that died down, leaving lacing on the surface and a ring of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: There are light aromas of caramel malts in the nose.
T: Like the smell, the taste has light flavors of caramel malts along with hints of tea.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit thin on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I felt that this beer could be better if it had stronger flavors and a fuller mouthfeel.

This is an updated review. This one gave me a bad impression last time and I decided to give it another try.

The aroma is largely characterized by bread crust and toffee and is yet somehow reminiscent of baby formula. There's a touch of woodiness and raisin. Pours a firm, frothy, light tan head; the body is a clear, dark amber. The flavor tastes of spoiled apple and bread crust, the latter of which takes on a little toffee over time, along with some underlying resiny hop bitterness. The malty aftertaste is nice enough. The body is medium-light with moderate carbonation and a good carbonic bite; there's also a persistent mineral texture.

I really don't like this beer. It's labeled as a red ale, though I suspect that's more in reference to the appearance than to the style, since this tastes nothing like a red ale/American amber. But regardless of what style it's supposed to be, it's just not very good.

A: Pours a clear garnet red with some hints of brown in color with light amounts of visible carbonation. The beer has a half finger tall light beige head that reduces to an extremely thin film that covers the majority of the surface and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Light to moderate aromas of caramel malts with some light hints of dark fruit and tea.

T: Moderate to strong flavors of caramel malts with some moderate notes of tea. There is a very faint note of dark fruits and very little bitterness.

M: Medium bodied with light to moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly creamy and thin.

O: Well balanced as the beer is not overly sweet or bitter, interesting with the lighter notes of tea. Enjoyable but not a beer that I would run out to find again.

Not bad, not bad at all. Firstly, it looks awesome. Fantastic head retention. Haven't seen that kind of head on a beer that wasn't Belgian. It's red! Sounds obvious but a lot of red ales aren't. Some strawberry, caramel and dried fruits on the nose. Some mild hop action but thats not out of touch for the style. A fairly smooth drink with enough malty goodness to keep me entertained. A touch more bitterness might have been nice. A solid brew and my favourite from this brewery so far.
