Deep straw color with a nice, tight off white head. Head looks like whipped cream sitting there. Nice grassy aroma-definate hop presence. Bready and biscuity malt flavor with a strong hop bite. Again quite grassy. Smooth and soft mouthfeel with a nice lingering bitterness. Very drinkable and easy going down. This is my idea of a true British IPA, may come off as a US pale. Guidebook said it was a strong bitter. Brewed in honor of a real festival put on by the Wetherspoon pub chain. My go to beer these 2 weeks in Scotland.
