Good stop for fans of funk. Some interesting and unique beers on, micro lots. Good barrelling, a must stop for geeks. Fun and good value. Among best places to talk brewing and trends.

Quiet subdued place today with a few novel ideas and a decent Baltic Porter.

these guys took over the 1933 brewing space, sad to see those guys go, but its apparent that whats going on here is next level. the space looks almost unrecognizable, mellow lounge feel when you walk in, the bar partitions the room in front of a barrel wall, and creates a neat little sitting area behind it, barrels everywhere, brewery further back behind that, it appears much of their beer is barrel aged. there is a classy almost winery feel to the place, sexy little glasses and flight options, relaxed seating, almost romantic with the lighting, super ambitious beers, humble but elegant. they apparently change their lineup every week, and had a nice little list of maybe eight on when i was in. lots of saison types, which i love, some simplistic malt forward beers, some barrel aged sours, and a neat valentines day beer actually brewed with roses that was lights out. i was super impressed with the three i had, all of them were at almost epic quality, and were distinct and different, lightly fermentation forward all of them, and just really professionally done and well refined. the service was solid, dude was in the know for sure, and the small pours make it easy to try a number of beers in here. prices seemed fair for the quality, and i have to think this is one of the best breweries in the fort collins area now! i liked 1933, but this is on an entirely different level. this is exactly what i like to drink right now, thoughtful beers across the board, and i cannot recommend it highly enough! ill be back as often as i am in town!
