Full flavored West Coast DIPA with Simcoe, Amarillo, Centennial and Columbus. Zesty grapefruit, sweet citrus and touch of dank herb.

Was pleasantly surprised! Having been there/done that so many years in hey day of West Coast DIPAs… I was interested because of hop bill. Actually pretty impressed.
Clear bronze pour with decently full/small bead white head and excellent lacing. Nose somewhat subdued even as beer loses frig chill.
But taste is very good…essentially as advertised. Though I would judge this taste against some of the better Michigan, Ohio, Indiana DIPAs… not just out West.
Body starts lean and crisp, but malt base comes out a better as brew settles and warms just a bit.
Overall, really enjoyed. Started good, but latter half was really good. Would love to try it draft vs can. Happy thumbs up.
